A fee for cash payments is discriminatory to lower income people too. Drop the fee. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to use it.

I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. I'll have to go elsewhere

yeah (@nexlk) reported@FreedomMobile why do accounts get put into 4 month upgrade lockout for late payment? And why isn't this made clear in the payment due SMS? I don't use pre auth because I want to see the payment amount each month. I assumed the worst case was a late fee.
