H.C.Sprung 🇨🇦 (@XxCarsten72xX) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario@freedomsupport How many hours are you down for "scheduled maintenance"? I'm trying to to p up my account and can't access anything? Should this not be done in the middle of the night when there is less traffic? Running past 7am is really poor planning and an inconvenience.

AF Henley (@AFHenley) reported from St. Catharines, Ontario@freedomsupport Again? Here let me help: you've looked into it and it seems like there's a problem with a tower in my area. You're not sure how quickly it will be fixed but it should be soon and I should let you know if I end up with any additional charges.
