We have had the same plan since we started with freedom years ago. We were never told it was a promotion. He said nothing can be done, we just had to pay.

You're not sure how quickly it will be fixed but it should be soon and I should let you know if I end up with any additional charges.

I'm trying to to p up my account and can't access anything? Should this not be done in the middle of the night when there is less traffic?
