    @FreedomMobile Wouldn't reccommend Freedom to my worst enemy. Has to be the bottom of the barrel for mobile companies in Canada. Service is so hit and miss it's not even funny

    @freedomsupport Apple has a 0% APR with no money down. I suspect that would be more valuable to your customers who cannot purchase a device outright.

    @freedomsupport Ya has anything changed in the last three months? B/C I couldn’t make a phone call in my basement that’s very far from the city limits. Was told, “ya, iPhones don’t like our network” but only on the call where I cancelled service.

    @freedomsupport Hi freedom. I was advised I would receive a call within 12-24 hours, twice. Which has not happened. And now you say 48 hours. I don’t really want to deal with the customer service team as they have already mishandled my issue 3 times.

    @FreedomMobile Am I able to cancel the service with you and get a refund? I am trying to use my data when I’m travelling but your service keeps saying “Nation Wide” and the data speed isn’t good. Help me get a refund and maybe in the future I’ll come back to freedom. I am gonna cancel next mont

    I had the worst exp with @FreedomMobile today! The service reps at 200 Dufferin street store are the worst, not friendly and they have this DONT CARE attitude towards customers. I req any1 planning to go for @FreedomMobile as their network provider think twice!
