In all of the years that I've been a Wind Mobile/Freedom Mobile customer, I have never received a phone call from a live representitive about my bill being overdue until today. Seems suspect, so I didn't give her any information. @freedomsupport? Any comment?

@freedomsupport I recently got a yearly plan without data (nov 10th ) and now I see an offer for yearly plan with 50gb data . Why can’t you add data to my plan and match it ? This is so unfair to customers like me who choose yearly plan until yesterday . Can you help ?

@freedomsupport terrible support. On hold for hours be given a deal and have it taken always. Walk away from kudo bc u give a better offer and reneg. Terrible. Supervisors leave incoherent voicemails with no return number. What is this?
