  • almostbrewed courtney (@almostbrewed) reported from Strathcona County, Alberta

@jessebeyerWX @TELUS @freedomsupport I was a customer of theirs for 13 years and the customer service is hands down the worst. I’m shocked I lasted that long with them.

  • Werdnah Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@FreedomMobile I need some technical support from you guys. I’m rather #frustrated at the present time.

  • cyberaga Travis Boychuk (@cyberaga) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@FreedomMobile No offence but your “actual network area” is absolute crap! Your data plans only cover a small amount outside of the zone. So in reality ur data plans for anyone that doesn’t stay in the small areas which is major cities end up having very little data & get charged for it #crap

  • KrauseArik Arik Krause (@KrauseArik) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Anybody that knows me in real life knows how well I talk about @FreedomMobile, they know how many people I have gotten to switch to their services. No longer. Company doesn't show their customers any customer service at all. I will be switching as soon as I can.

  • ChattyGirlMedia Ashley Sexsmith (@ChattyGirlMedia) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@WoodCoCreative @FreedomMobile Yes they just bumped up my $60 plan to $65 with no warning and when I called they didn’t give a shit

  • StanWms Stan Wms (@StanWms) reported

@freedomsupport just offered to port my number to another service when I spoke to their loyalty department about my bill

  • SimopoulosChris Chris Simopoulos (@SimopoulosChris) reported

@freedomsupport Why is your app so rediculously slow. It is useless.

  • JF_Viljoen Frank. (@JF_Viljoen) reported

@freedomsupport Ya has anything changed in the last three months? B/C I couldn’t make a phone call in my basement that’s very far from the city limits. Was told, “ya, iPhones don’t like our network” but only on the call where I cancelled service.

  • jenn @jenn (@jenn) reported

@freedomsupport I figure I am saving more than $30/mo on my existing plan, vs your current plan that almost offers the same features. So overall, it makes sense to just shut up and wait for a device when my current device falls outside of Apple's support.

  • Rui_MP_Carvalho Rui Carvalho (@Rui_MP_Carvalho) reported

@FreedomMobile Freedom sucks! Promises 5G and doesn’t deliver!

  • JF_Viljoen Frank. (@JF_Viljoen) reported

@FreedomMobile Ooops deleted my comments about your network not playing nice with iPhones.

  • wzver Will Zver (@wzver) reported

@FreedomMobile what is going on with your customer service? Been trying to upgrade my device with you and was told I’d get a call back (two days ago)…do you not want me as a customer?

  • jenn @jenn (@jenn) reported

@freedomsupport I guess I'm not seeing the 0% down on your site. On a basic iPhone 13 Pro, you require a $840.00 pre-payment for the device—even though my account is well over 5 years old with regular payments made.

  • blushellneon Ryan Thomas (@blushellneon) reported

@USATAlexHSingh @FreedomMobile "Pre-order" for zfold3 on September 4th, retail location. rep "I have no information sorry! maybe cancel it?"... really? this is sad.

  • jenn @jenn (@jenn) reported

@freedomsupport Apple has a 0% APR with no money down. I suspect that would be more valuable to your customers who cannot purchase a device outright.
