@FreedomMobile No offence but your “actual network area” is absolute crap! Your data plans only cover a small amount outside of the zone. So in reality ur data plans for anyone that doesn’t stay in the small areas which is major cities end up having very little data & get charged for it #crap

Anybody that knows me in real life knows how well I talk about @FreedomMobile, they know how many people I have gotten to switch to their services. No longer. Company doesn't show their customers any customer service at all. I will be switching as soon as I can.

@jessebeyerWX @TELUS @freedomsupport I was a customer of theirs for 13 years and the customer service is hands down the worst. I’m shocked I lasted that long with them.

@freedomsupport why does it take so long to get replies in freedom chat? The level of customer service is awful. Maybe we should switch to Shaw mobile. 😡

@freedomsupport The worst part, and I encourage my phone calls to be reviewed, I had many care reps, a few supervisors, and even a manager. All told me to pay by Credit Card and wait 2+ weeks to get my money back. Guy on Twitter had to leave notes for the phone people to get their act together.

@FreedomMobile Please fix your website - I'm unable to order online as a new customer. I get to the 'review your cart' stage, and when I click on 'New customer? Order online', nothings happens. I'm trying to avoid going in store to avoid paying the connection fee.

Seems @Rogers is buying @ShawInfo and @FreedomMobile. Had just made the switch to Freedom last year and have been pretty happy, but after my contract expires, I’ll no longer be Freedom customer because I dislike Rogers *that* much. :(

@CRTCeng it's not in the publics interest to let one of the big 3 @rogers buy Shaw. The customer loses on this. @FreedomMobile will be dissolved or jacked up. (I hope not) but doubt it. Letting this pass removed competition. Sad day
