    Anybody that knows me in real life knows how well I talk about @FreedomMobile, they know how many people I have gotten to switch to their services. No longer. Company doesn't show their customers any customer service at all. I will be switching as soon as I can.

    @jessebeyerWX @TELUS @freedomsupport I was a customer of theirs for 13 years and the customer service is hands down the worst. I’m shocked I lasted that long with them.

    @jasontoronto1 @freedomsupport You are right @jasontoronto1 their plans have gotten worst. They have taken away all the USA roaming on the new plans which means you will have to buy add-ons which means they will suck just like the Big 3 .... I knew it couldn't last until @FreedomMobile looked like @bell

    @FreedomMobile Costs you nothing to give us many more GB than the bare minimum. And it isn't unlimited and that word should never be used. It is false advertising. It is a very limited couple of GB in a world where data is at its cheapest and then your connection is killed to barely a crawl.

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @FreedomMobile Here’s a question. I go into store because I received an email about a promotion and they are unable to help… i phone customer service and the noise in the background is SO LOUD that the person has repeatedly asked me to tell him what I’m calling about.
