  @FreedomMobile please help. Bought my daughter her FIRST phone line. activated it yesterday. it's not working. Freedom says we didn't pay (even though I have shown them the receipt). They say they can't help me and I have to go into the store which is now closed!!!!

  @freedomsupport Lol you have no way to check stock, you have referred me to call every store and check myself defeating the purpose of ordering online telling people now that freedom never has stock go elsewhere if you want a specific phone

  Go into the store. Which we did yesterday. Guy updated her plan no problem but no phone in stock. She’s there again today and now they won’t upgrade her device, that they now have in stock…. Bc her married last name is different. @freedomsupport why do you guys make things hard?

  @freedomsupport As I have said repeatedly, I paid for the roaming. Yes I was in Windsor the day before but that shouldn't be my problem

  @freedomsupport Okay I spent TWO HOURS going through the script with Freedom Support chat, where they had me erase all my wifi passwords and told me to delete my entire text history with everyone. They finally told me to go (on a holiday) to the mall to have my phone looked at.

  @freedomsupport Why's your service out? I called 611 and they weren't helpful. They don't know when service will be restored. @FreedomMobile why are you not communicating with your customers?
