Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

@freedomsupport Your app and website have had major issues for years and the issue hasn't been fixed. You need to develop a new software because the one you have is super slow. If you look on the Play Store reviews, they're mostly negative.

@FreedomMobile So new customers on black Friday can get 40GB data deal for $80 Canadian but me a customer for over 5 years can't get mine changed from 25Gb for $100 to anything close to the above offer. Please make this make sense. Gain new customers while losing loyal ones?
