    @AMV86941518 @FreedomMobile @TELUS You should switch...been with @freedomsupport for 7+ years and I am so happy. Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

    I spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng

    I'm going to say goodnight as I am still having internet connection issues @Freedmobile & don't send your bots from @freedomsupport as it never turns out well. I'm really disappointed 🤬😡😠😤 & I don't want to blow a gasket over this. Next year things will change ! Believe me !

    @MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

    So @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there

    @FreedomMobile Yes. Been a customer since 2013 and because I missed an appointment for a upgrade and new contract, no one is able to help me. It's sad.

    I don't have @FreedomMobile , but some people I know do and they're having issues with trying to make calls. They just fail.

    @FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.

    HEY I HAVE BETTER SIGNAL IN THE SUBWAY THEN I DO IN MY HOUSE #FREEDOMMOBILE actually I have wifi at home anyway so it's not a problem at all

    Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

    @FreedomMobile I got home internet from you guys mid February and it was decent, but since my payment from March went through it's been horrible. Its like 90s dial up speeds with things not working. What do I do?

    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
