Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

I got my email confirmation but that is it I have not gotten a tracking number oh, your customer support team knows nothing. And today is the official release date oh, did I make a mistake?

Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working
