    @FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

    Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

    @freedomsupport Hey Freedom, I understand you know about the SMS problems but it happens quite often. It seems to happen when I send photos at the same time and then messages fail to send. Get your techs to do a permanent solution pleeeaaaassseee

    @jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.

    @bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

    @freedomsupport Hi freedom I used to be a freedom customer since the wind days. I unfortunately had to leave Canada for a bit but I didn't want to lose my plan so the loyalty agent gave me a case number so that when I'm back in Canada i could get my plan back.

    I just used @freedomsupport on WhatsApp to switch my play to the new 20 gig for $65. They kept my 3 gigs extra I already and didn’t change anything else billing wise. Customer service is A-plus. Also! 23 gigs of data for $65! I feel like I’m robbing someone.

    @freedomsupport just spent 1h37m with RCS support because support and I thought my "1.5gb promo" plan had unlimited data. Can y'all send a memo "prepaid-only plans don't get unlimited internet" to your people. Sales reps too because she told me it was unlimited when I signed up.

    @freedomsupport Could you please look into coverage/quality on Anthony Henday highway in YEG between 100 Ave and Gateway blvd. Tried having a WhatsApp call and quality was terrible at times. Other side was on wifi so I know the issue is with me. Thanks
