-
Willem de Ruijter (@Willem_Michael) reported from Toronto, OntarioI spent my #snowday speaking with @TELUSsupport service reps. In December 2017 @TELUS and other major Cell companies matched the @FreedomMobile #10GB plans. 14 months pass they raise the fee $10. The price we pay for #Cellphone service in #Canada is ridiculous. @CRTCeng
-
kat (@katlikethief) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Okay, but so help me god if it’s the same “we’re working on fulfilling pre-orders” response I’ve been getting for weeks...
-
Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario@dhogg72 @freedomsupport Hi again @FreedomMobile, you asked for them to reach out. They have. Twice. Are you getting a sense of how their customer service experience has been thus far as you charge them massive fees for canceling services following the death of their child?
-
Anand Kanhe (@AnandKanhe) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@freedomsupport Hi, No mobile signal since morning. Trying to register manually on Freedom network but getting error that could not register.
-
Duane Grady (@Renoversity) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile
-
Michael Nugent (@michaelnugent) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ALL_CAPS @half_banked @FreedomMobile If you never need to make phone calls and you only need working data sometimes, then Freedom Mobile is a great option.
-
Marvin (@marvinandro) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport It was back up around 10am. Looks like Down reports on the various sites show that most other areas are coming back up, too.
-
Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."
-
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.
-

That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

-

-
MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
-
A. (@mcfaddders) reportedHey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.
