@freedomsupport 1. I highly doubt Freedom feels any type of way if me wanting to take my business elsewhere. Am sure your hundred of thousands users have you guys swimming above water. 2. I've blocked the user leaving Freedom support type messages on my page. So solved byme.

@tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

If you don't want to loose customers you really should hire reps with more empathy and stronger communication & problem solving skils. Your contact support was so quick to transfer me to cancellation dept. Just to get me off the phones @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile I just got a call from management & is working on account. I told them that I am living in legislative poverty and already struggling month-to-month because the government hasn’t raised rates in four years for support and I don’t need the added stress as I returned phone.

@YPM1982 @eeone @FreedomMobile Yvonne, that exactly my scenario what you mentioned. The store took the original hardware but didn’t do a reversal of the value of the phone back to consumer account. They made it look like I broke the service agreement also value of full new phone plus activation of $70

@FreedomMobile I’m paying $25/month for 125gb for a 2 year contract. I have 1 week to cancel left if I can save money with Freedom. Includes enhanced visual voicemail, international texting and Canada wide service. Anything close to this?

@FreedomMobile The roaming sounds like it would be good , if I actually had any plans to go traveling . But I'm poor and it's kind of hard to win the lottery if you don't play it .

Dear @uoft #international_students from a personal experience, I recommend buying your mobile plans from @FreedomMobile instead of @Bell , their customer service is way better, plans are great, autopay is on credit not debit, which is safer!
