Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

Was with the other 3 early on when moved from Chicago, kept my US cell at the same time cuz they were horrible. As soon as Freedom came to town, I switched!

I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief.
