Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

When I had problems with #FreedomMobile, they often drag out the complains, or refunds but they 90%+ do the right things if I kept at it.

@MichaelJonesETC @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Their customer support is generally better than Bell's, Roger's and Telus'. Never had a complaint about Freedom, other than lack of signal in Stittsville. I still remember being on the phone with Rogers for hours to resolve a problem. Pathetic.
