Am sure your hundred of thousands users have you guys swimming above water. 2. I've blocked the user leaving Freedom support type messages on my page. So solved byme.

Yak (@Turkish_Tank) reported from Barrhaven, Ontario@freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.

The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

I activated the Freedom Big Gig Roam Extra South (unlimited call/text and 1 gig data) for $64. after 3 days my service was suspended and im told I have a balance of $900+ bcuz I went over the 1 gig! Which I did not

For more than half of the year I've had my phone I haven't been able to use it in one way or another. Yet my repeated requests for reimbursement, assistance, or to replace have done zero🖕🏻

I've bought roaming packages without being able to actually use them? I think I spent 90$ on an international 10 day package and missed an entire day cuz it didn't work
