@FreedomMobile And the worst thing is that you guys @FreedomMobile do rip your customers off big time with hidden charges, international calls being blocked from, customers getting ripped off for that! Dah!

.@FreedomMobile Do you have more crediting power than online support (who said they talked to Help Desk - whatever that means) before I start my New phone carrier search? USA data/text/talk didn't work all 5 days including when passport went missing & Consulate contact needed.

  • ohrigeeta
iFLyS🅾️lO (@ohrigeeta) reported from Ajax, Ontario

@freedomsupport Yup...won't get another one now! Bad move like I said!

  • CanadaOooh

@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.

Today I had a very distasteful experience with @freedomsupport and been with them for over 2, paid tab off in full to restart another 2 and yet am an undervalued customer. Will pay off again and look elsewhere as soon as I can! #CustomerExperience

@FreedomMobile do you have outages right now? My mobile network and cellular services cut out at about 6:30 AM and I haven't been able to reconnect.

  • CanadaOooh
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario

@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

@JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend
