    @freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

    @freedomsupport My wife and I both doesn't have signal coverage in the TTC yesterday. To which has brought me stress as I thought I was hacked.

    @FreedomMobile is disgusting. How are you telling me you didn't get my money and I only paid $35 when my bank statement says otherwise. And instead of fixing it you sent me back to the store when I asked you to forward copy of the receipts?? Manager nor customer service does ****

    @freedomsupport Customer service of freedom is VERY bad. I called 3 months ago to put my phone on vacation mode they didnt do it. I paid 2 months for no service, when i called i was assured my bill will get from 45 to 40$ for the next 4 months HOWEVER now im getting 50$/month

    @FreedomMobile @getrealmovement Maybe they wouldn't be descriminated against as much if every company and weirdo stopped trying to force their 'woke' beliefs down normal peoples throats everyday

    Was not allowed into a @FreedomMobile store today. When I called to file a complaint and cancel- I kept being transferred and no one would provide answers! Switched service providers right then and there and so are my friends! #CustomerExperience #Vancouver @vancitybuzz

    @FreedomMobile Never ever trust these guys. Charge you for not providing the services. Worst customer care. @CCTS_CPRST Please help
