Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported@FreedomMobile You know what’s not big gig energy? Forcing iPhone users (maybe android) to use ShawPasspoint and ShawMobileHotspot with no way of removing them so they auto connect. Just another of bad user experience that seems to be a ‘feature’.

I spent nearly 10 hours between two days trying to get an issue resolved & got passed person to person until L.P. took it upon themselves to look into the issue for me. Top tier employee to say the least!
