Now back to @freedomsupport from 7:30 PM EST yesterday. I was Shuttled button multiple associates and so-called loyalty team but no one even understand the problem "eSim generation in your website is not working, give me an eSim code to use".

@freedomsupport @andraexbrown I’m having the same issue my mom has been trying to get in contact with my siblings and I which she is with another phone provider she can’t get a hold of us but we can make calls but not receive them

@freedomsupport I understand that it takes time to wait in queue for an agent. Totally acceptable. After you connect it shouldn't take 5 minutes between messages. That's poor customer service.
