    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Im a freedom customer. I pay 113 (65 for my plan of 10gigs and 35 for my tab boost plus taxes)every month. New customers are paying 65 dollars for unlimited data and 0 dollars for their phone. I have pixel 3 #rippedoff

    @FreedomMobile I want to give feedback regarding your android app. It is soooo slow. Please invest some money on that and improve it. You are a growing company and having a good app is very important now a days.

    Just got charged a hefty amount by @FreedomMobile for using my phone within Ontario when I already have a province wide calling included in my plan. Spoke to them on the phone who couldn’t even tell a difference between data and calling. Horrible service in every way! #scammers

    @FreedomMobile This Trade up thing is the worst possible idea by Freedom. Some of us never want to give up our things. Without Trade up Eligible you guys are more expensive and with far lesser coverage than Rogers or other big guys. Just my honest Feedback.

    @freedomsupport I can't login to my account to pay my phone. I tried express payment but it tells me my number is not valid. Called 611 but the call is disconnected after asking to press 1 for french. How am I supposed to pay if I can't get through?
