zigbeebox (@zigbeebox) reportedJust got off the phone from a support supervisor @FreedomMobile. Had a return call to assist in stopping SCAM call, no luck! Will need to seek another provider. I return back to freedom after trying another provider. Mistake on my part!!

Email lost completely after 20 years of using the same email, never got hacked until some Freedom mobile employee compromised my personal info.

Now Freedom penalizes me for not being able to go back to a store & complain when my phone doesn't work. Charges me a connection fee when have been a customer 4+ yrs. Shame on you.

Didnt think much about it thinking its a “bug” or some delay in the system. Shortly after I notice I dont have service at all, trying to login into various apps all locked out.
