@freedomsupport Since 10am yesterday service has been sporadic at best, dropped calls and lost service. Tried calling the tech dept 10xs, waiting 10-15mins, then call gets dropped. What the HELL is going on?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@FreedomMobile worst carrier of canada. I ported my number to freedom. No network even in Vancouver. it is one of the major city in the world. Go to surrey again same problem no network even in the centre of the city. It was worst decision of my life to port my sim to freedom.

@freedomsupport Not at your prices sorry dropped calls cost me big money. It is bad enough cell phone service in Canada is over priced I am not going to pay over priced and sub standard. But good luck out there.

@FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.
