@FreedomMobile big time joke of a company, was there for 10 years, they give my phone to 2 diff ppl in a 5 months, causing many issues besides the privacy issue after promising it would never happen again telling me it's not there fault the 2nd, CS is a joke.

@ri_ni_b @FreedomMobile The number thing is just how it works. You are able to port out to another plan at another phone service company if I am correct but if ur just gonna terminate your contract, and not port out, then you lose your number. That’s what happened when I switched to freedom from bell.

@FreedomMobile hello, I would like to know what is the hours of attention for customer services? I’ve been calling for days between 4-7 pm and I’m waiting longer than 30 min with no answer.. usually my other mobile service worked until 9pm. I need help with something.

I know retention reps for people like @FreedomMobile need to follow a script. But how about you treat your clients like people and listen to what they stay instead of just rattling off the next line in the script. damn.
