@freedomsupport Hi freedom. I was advised I would recite a call within 12-24 hours, twice. Which has not happened. And now you say 48 hours. I don’t really want to deal with the customer service team as they have already mishandled my issue 3 times.

@FreedomMobile Very disappointing , got phone on 24th and not returning today giving silly excuse that phone is pre-ordered. At least should be courteous with the old customer and please don't give wrong excuses. There is no such policy that a customer cannot return pre-ordered device .

@FreedomMobile hey freedom, I’ve been waiting 4 days for management to call me about an issue with phone. Fancy escalating the issue and getting someone to sort it out? #SortItOut

@FreedomMobile Wouldn't reccommend Freedom to my worst enemy. Has to be the bottom of the barrel for mobile companies in Canada. Service is so hit and miss it's not even funny

@freedomsupport Apple has a 0% APR with no money down. I suspect that would be more valuable to your customers who cannot purchase a device outright.

@FreedomMobile I have just had the most unbelievable awful customer experience ordeal over the last hour and 40 minutes. Your processes and systems are disappointing and frustrating for your customers.

@freedomsupport I guess I'm not seeing the 0% down on your site. On a basic iPhone 13 Pro, you require a $840.00 pre-payment for the device—even though my account is well over 5 years old with regular payments made.
