    @freedomsupport I paid my bill a week ago online using my CC. Instead of taking payment, it did an authorization and now I’m getting harassed about my service being disconnected.

    @freedomsupport @bella1973jj I’m glad to hear that you are “excited“ about 5G. Presumably your service depends on partner networks which I must roam on. These partner networks would have 5G service, no? Why could we not use that 5G when signed up with you? It’s not a technical limitation.

    @FreedomMobile I also had our conversation but they're not honouring it! Poor customer service especially the manager that I had talk. I didn't get the offer instead of 22 gig they just give me 20gig. REALLY SUCKS @FreedomMobile
