We have had the same plan since we started with freedom years ago. We were never told it was a promotion. He said nothing can be done, we just had to pay.

You're not sure how quickly it will be fixed but it should be soon and I should let you know if I end up with any additional charges.

Jo Livingstone (@ChaosWolf13) reported@bell mobility prepaid sucks. Two days in a row no service/insufficient $. I have spent more time on the phone with Bell in a month than I ever have with @FreedomMobile its a shame they have spotty service in the hospital so we had to get bell. Bell really isn't user friendly.
