Abe C (@abeventures) reported from Burlington, OntarioDear @FreedomMobile thanks for a decent 8 months! I tried sticking it out and your customer service was awesome (both online and on the phone) but right now, your coverage in Burlington is still a bit spotty and I've missed a few too many calls... #freedommobile #ontario #telecom
-
Tamika Shayane 🇯🇲 (@TamikaBrownnn) reported from Oakville, Ontario@FreedomMobile the worse customer service I’ve ever received. I’m cutting my services.

Nick Walczak (@kornick) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@caitlyn_neild13 @freedomsupport Same thing here, just get the spinning wheel when trying to login.
-
Colin Cameron ⚽️ 🔴 ⚪ 🇨🇦 🏴 (@colinscameron) reported from Burlington, Ontario@freedomsupport Thanks for the offer. There's nothing you can do. I used to overlook the spotty service area because the price was low. Now your plans aren't significantly different from other carriers, but your coverage area is. Solving that issue isn't in your job description.
-
Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, OntarioHey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice
-
Kim Talbot (@ktalbot70) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.
-
Bruce Miller (@cbrucemiller) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@freedomsupport Hi, is there an issue with incoming SMS texts in the Hamilton area?
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@freedomsupport @lade_mark You guys can’t even manage to broadcast a decent signal in the Hamilton area! I’m in my own house and can’t make a phone call!!!! Two bars!🤬🤯
-
Bounty Hunter Toys (@bhtoys) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Pedroramosr91 @FreedomMobile Bell was down for 6 hours once, Rogers was down for 8. Suck it up buttercup. Things happen.
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks
-
Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@freedomsupport I've already explained in my previous tweet what the problem is
-
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible

-
WyzeOne (@Remlam) reported@MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!
-
Jack (@jbn_jack) reported@FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile
-
This Is a Collective (@thiscollective) reported@FreedomMobile - internet is down in my house! You need uptime monitor on your website - and the path to support is painful

Catchy name (@Catchyname5) reported@FreedomMobile your service and internet is so bad. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade and now I’m thinking of changing because all you care about is new customers
-
Mike Bryan (@mikebryan) reported@PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?
-
HA (@achauuu) reported5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.
-
Silvia C. (@SilviaCai) reported@FreedomMobile - been your loyal customer for a long time & have seen great improvements to your service and I’m still wondering why we continue to have a dark spots in Toronto. E.g. no signal at Long Branch. Fill that whole. Thank you.
-
Jack (@jbn_jack) reportedHey @FreedomMobile why can I dial my wife on your network and only get through every 3 time . Your service is brutally bad in the Rural area’s outside of Edmonton .. Tower issues ???
-
Farhan Z (@Far4Truth) reported@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
