    Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    @freedomsupport Many years ago when I had your service with Wind mobile, I was told that there is a slight I could go to to report spots which was not getting service. Does that still exist as I have issues on Brant Street and & Dundas in Burlington.

    @freedomsupport Well I have an everywhere 49 plan with 6 gig of data and I can’t get any internet outside of my home network! And as far as I understood from when I signed up with freedom. That would be included in my plan.

    @wanderpow @ROCKthusiast @FreedomMobile You’ll get more Gigs with freedom for your money, but you’ll sacrifice on service coverage for sure. And forget about getting data outside home area. And if you upgrade your phone, that’s on top just like anywhere else.

    @FreedomMobile you guys should really investigate in how some of your Costumer Support assists your costumers. I should not have to be put on hold for 4 minutes after every single question I have. . Roughly 30 minutes into a call and I still didn’t get an answer.

    @freedomsupport So the reseller doesn't get any help for replacing a manufacturer's defective device? Just "sorry you bought a defective phone from us"? You have no help to provide your customers to fix the problem? This seems like very poor customer service. @HuaweiMobile have anything?

    @FreedomMobile what is your policy on replacing defective #Nexus6p phones with battery drain issues? We bought one in 2015, had it replaced in January 2017, but the new phone had same issues.

    @freedomsupport I spent over 2 hours w/ your tech support before they told me it was defective & I'd have to get to a special store within 15 days of purchase-- even tho it's illegal to refuse to take back a defective product in Canada.. After my contract, you'll have lost a 8+ years customer.

    @freedomsupport I just signed up $60 plan with friends and family which would give me $15 off per month. Just got the first bill and i dont see that promo applied. Called customer service, they said it will apply from second bill. Cant belive this..noone said anything like this when signed up.
