I then request that they quickly switch my ass back to prepaid and make sure I still have my holiday miracle plan. Which the @FreedomMobile rep did Thank you Jesus. Then I was like now you have to fix this $500 dollar problem. Now this takes the cake....

Today I went to call a friend to invite her for coffee when my phone says my service has been suspended. So I first go to @FreedomMobile store & the rep there says I owe 21 dollars. I was like Wtf I just paid 40 for September. How do I owe a phone bill when i just switched friday

@freedomsupport You just don't have service there. I signed up and moved. I still pay the bill. I just have to use wi-fi if I need to make a phone call. It doesn't work as a phone.

@GeekyGoldenberg @FreedomMobile All carriers do that. Just read the fine print. If you purchase the device outright from the manufacturer (or another carrier - you don't even need to be customer, just mention you WANT to buy it regardless as I did), then no such fees exist.

@stockharold @FreedomMobile I get LTE and 3G, so I don't know what the hell you're talking about. If you have an obscure or older device, that explains it. OR if you live nextdoor or in a community of tin-foil hatters (fringe), that explains why LTE isn't available (signal jammers).
