    So @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

    .@freedomsupport internet outage in South Etobicoke and waiting to speak with technical support coming up on 20 minutes. But not all freedom phones suffering outage.

    @freedomsupport I had no Internet last night. Even after restarting my phone as your operator suggested as a fix. This morning it works. Without any change.

    @ALL_CAPS @half_banked @FreedomMobile If you never need to make phone calls and you only need working data sometimes, then Freedom Mobile is a great option.

    @ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

    @thebigguy86 @FreedomMobile iPhone X isn’t known for connection issues. That’s not the problem. The further I get off any major highway the worse my signal even in the middle of Mississauga inside someone’s home. I’m down to two bars!

    @chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile I’ve live in Hamilton. Joined two years ago and signal strength off major highways it mediocre at best. I suppose to get LTE. In most places I don’t. And at best it’s 3g. Never mind indoors of most buildings. iPhone X.
