    So @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

    Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

    Visited #Rogers302 today. I'll never understand why their prepaid rates are so ridiculously high compared to @FreedomMobile.

    @MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

    @freedomsupport Hey Freedom, I understand you know about the SMS problems but it happens quite often. It seems to happen when I send photos at the same time and then messages fail to send. Get your techs to do a permanent solution pleeeaaaassseee

    @freedomsupport I had no Internet last night. Even after restarting my phone as your operator suggested as a fix. This morning it works. Without any change.

    @FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.

    @FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

    @freedomsupport I had my internet restored briefly on Saturday from the Rogers outage but it's been down again in Markham since Sunday morning. I've used almost 4GB of my monthly plan already. Can I get a credit applied to my account?
