@SweetSourcream3 @FreedomMobile You don't need to change your plan. If you want a lower tab rate, make a down-payment towards the device (50-75% is best). It's what I would do.

@FreedomMobile I am not happy with Freedom billing, after one year when I chat with agent asking about buyout, agent charged me $ 20 more monthly still facing network problems in Kitchener

@FreedomMobile Connection fee? Seriously? Aren’t you supposed to buy me a drink before you try and *******?

@freedomsupport Unlimited data shouldn’t slow down after the data bucket is used as it originally did when wind was your company. I hate the change. It’s not unlimited when the lte speeds are unusable. Just a thought.

@freedomsupport @freedomsupport I assure you I have spoken to Likewize on many occasions; they offer no reasonable solutions, unless I want to travel by ferry to Vancouver Island. Their service reflects on you. @FreedomMobile has left me in the cold to deal with their insurance provider. BBB next

@FreedomMobile If I want to test your coverage and signal can I just buy a prepaid SIM? It has the same network as all the other plans right?

  • savouxx
    savouxx ☁️ (@savouxx) reported

@freedomsupport There should be someone higher up that speeds this service up a bit faster as it’s unusable at times and doesn’t fall under unlimited data usage.
