@FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

@freedomsupport Thanks but I've tried this already....you all are great...Exec is disappointing.. When will 611 be up and running to support customers? Also, I was provided a loyalty promotion for an upgrade but it costs more than someone who hasnt been a customer before?! 🤔 Thnx

@freedomsupport is freedom mobile ever going 2 support 5G network speeds and have data plans for the better devices such as android??? Pretty sad since even smaller phone companies have 5G. Freedoms towers run off 5G capable networks. Bet the CEOs don't even use their own networ

@koodo continuously overbilled me for bullshit "roaming" despite never leaving the country. Zero customer support available. Switched back to @FreedomMobile only $30 for 10gb, koodo was $50 + the $20 they'd steal for lying about roaming.

@miskalo1 @FreedomMobile Last I heard, nobody has to buy money. Then again, if her credit is down the drain or in the ditch, she has no other choice but to buy outright. Especially if Equifax or TransUnion give the final say (NO!!). If the device isn't physically damaged, factory reset.
