    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile Reception is absolutely terrible in Queensland and deer run Calgary. Even when showing 5g . Not worth paying for
