@freedomsupport I fell down a completely different rabbit hole. I found a Pinephone (runs certain Linux ARM distros) that works with Freedom. It'll be interesting to see what happens after I set the thing up.

@freedomsupport These options were not offered and trust me when I say a credit check wouldn't be an issue. Your company stated if I wanted it brought to a store I had to pay $100 as a inventory deposit. Yet if I order it online I can get it for free and suggested I go home and order it online

@harimenonz @freedomsupport it's really crazy - a simple address change and no one is able to give a solution, which is sad, once again. they said they fixed it 2 weeks ago, today, from morning till this time, even now talking to the support team. support request #FreedomMobile @freedomsupport

@freedomsupport data speed has been below 1.0 Mbps all day. Really frustrating since im in a part of Toronto (Beaches) where the internet is down due to hydro repairs. I called tech support, followed all the trouble shooting... apparently escalation will take 3-5 business days?!

In good news, my kids new phone from @FreedomMobile works after I got some late night help switching SIM cards and settings and suddenly, boom. So that was the one bright light.

@FreedomMobile can’t get a straight answer from your company yet you talk abou “keeping lines of communication open”. All talk, very poor service!

@FreedomMobile No different than any other network other than slower network speeds, dead zones, and oh yeah, surprise roaming charges. Their bait-and-switch referral program is so convoluted and needs to be better communicated esp from a communication company - such a joke.

The biggest mistake I have done is choosing #FreedomMobile as my phone connection. Their support team - @freedomsupport - is an absolute failure. I am trying to change my address for two weeks. two weeks ago they said it's done... but not done yet... anyone got any suggestions...
