    @TheJUNOAwards @FreedomMobile The gate at my home was locked not by me on April 13 ! I was unable to get into my own home until a lock smith came to open the gate with difficulty !!! Reported to 'police' but they will not help at all and said they can see nothing suspicious ! Hong Kong is no longer safe!

    @FreedomMobile I chose to upgrade my phone and to stay with your service. As a reward I am charged $30 connection fee. I’m so disappointed

    @freedomsupport what happened to the ability to pay for service through the account system? It's been fine until last month, and now I can't pay *at all* my province is in lockdown so I cant just go pay at the store either

    @freedomsupport same issues here...phone tells me my service has been suspended even though I'm on auto pay and paid on Apr 9. Can't log into website either, tried 5 times. What's going on????
