    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

    @FreedomMobile For close to a month and a half, I have been calling your customer service to get an issue fixed - my Roam Beyond data is being used and the allocated home data is left untouched. I am in Canada on 'Freedom/Nationwide' network all the time

    @ericzawo @rory_mg @FreedomMobile Agreed. Was very happy with them. I just didn’t like how I got 0 service in cottage country. Has the network been improved? It’s been a few years since then

    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile
