If you speak nicely and calmly to the customer service on call, they won’t help you. 1st time: Talked calmly - they dropped the call once I presented my problem. 2nd time: Talked calmly - dropped 3rd now waiting for the hold they’ve put me in. @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile & anytime I call 611 for assistance or genuine questions your customer service representatives can’t help in any light and stumble on their words. I can’t name how many times I’ve asked to speak to a higher up and they’ve literally just brushed me off

@FreedomMobile why can't I leave Edmonton (literally can't go 20 mins outside the city) without losing service? It's the opposite of freedom and quite honestly it's a safety concern.

@freedomsupport If no solution is offered, I'll return the device tomorrow (which i haven't opened) to get the full refund. PS: the representative NEVER mentioned about the connection fee, and said only the myTab monthly value will be charged. You advertise as NO HIDDEN fees carrier, not true.

Really useless call this morning with @Telus Tech support! The Irony of claiming to be Canada’s most reliable network when my service is worse than when I was @FreedomMobile #SorryCantTalkIHaveTelus
