Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

It's a company that deceives its customers with lies. You call to cancel the service and they continue charging you for months after you've cancelled
