    @FreedomMobile I can't be more disappointed with such service provider and I m trapped since they didn't want to refund my money which they were deducting twice from the debit and current they are ignoring a client safety who clearly informed them

    @freedomsupport if my safety is your priority you shouldn't need more than 24hrs but you took 1 week and now you are extending it for another week ignoring the incident that happened to me last time and I wasn't able to use my phone to call the hospital while I m next to my daughter!

    @FreedomMobile way to make it next to impossible to close any internet account ever , use our fast messaging service , takes about 4 min per reply. I’m sure 30% of freedoms customers are just people who still pay their Bill cause they can’t get through to cancel .

    @freedomsupport Please make esim work or don't offer it. I'm now out a phone because the QR generated doesn't work (others do) but my old phone is deactivated. So I have to go into a store. In COVID wave#3. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I tried this.
