    @freedomsupport been a customer for over 4 years and trying to port my number out from Freedom to another cell company because I don't get service in my new condo so I need to leave my residence to make a call. It been 10 days now and Freedom is still not working on it?

    @freedomsupport Hello, How are you doing today. I am having problems with Asian spoof calls. My phone # was original with fido. I block these numbers when they call. Is there anything else i can do.

    @FreedomMobile tried setting up auto-pay from your mobile app, website, IVR, customer chat suppot over whatapp, but I am not able to do it and not getting adequate support from customer service. Its getting too much for such a small issue.

    5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.
