@FreedomMobile tried setting up auto-pay from your mobile app, website, IVR, customer chat suppot over whatapp, but I am not able to do it and not getting adequate support from customer service. Its getting too much for such a small issue.

@freedomsupport been a customer for over 4 years and trying to port my number out from Freedom to another cell company because I don't get service in my new condo so I need to leave my residence to make a call. It been 10 days now and Freedom is still not working on it?

@freedomsupport Hello, How are you doing today. I am having problems with Asian spoof calls. My phone # was original with fido. I block these numbers when they call. Is there anything else i can do.

@FreedomMobile Rogers and Telus waived their long-distance charges to Iran to support their customers so they can reach their loved ones. As the government of Iran shut down the internet in Iran. Freedom Mobile will support the customers too?
