  @freedomsupport been a customer for over 4 years and trying to port my number out from Freedom to another cell company because I don't get service in my new condo so I need to leave my residence to make a call. It been 10 days now and Freedom is still not working on it?

  @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan

  Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
