@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

As a country (Canada) I feel like we need to do something about how bad @Rogers customer service and tech support is. It is beyond unacceptably bad. I feel like this is practically a national issue.

Just to inform you guys @Rogers - if a real human is reading this. Your online customer services need to include real humans. The AI assistant doesnt resolve any issue. I have to now visit a nearby outlet to get my issue resolved.

  • Pagmenzies
    Peter Menzies (@Pagmenzies) reported

Even Phil Lind used to complain to me about @Rogers customer service. Lord, hear my prayer.

    BrianM (@briangm11) reported

@RogersHelps Apparently having no other option, called your Tech "support" again. I've been on hold for 81 minutes and counting.

  • TurnbullDave
    Dave Turnbull (@TurnbullDave) reported

Hey @RogersHelps what gives? Over three hours with no internet or TV, some of us rely on it to do our jobs. Your outages site doesn’t even have Manitoba listed, just says there’s an outage. What’s going on?

  • Zenblime
    Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported

@RogersHelps Its a 44mm samsung watch8. Im on a call with tech support now and they telling me to go to the store which I already did and they told me to talk to tech support so you guys have no idea what you doing and giving me the run around and wasting my time

  • CTVdavidspence
    David Spence (@CTVdavidspence) reported

When I worked for @Rogers, all of us had to take customer service training. Even those of us not in public facing jobs. That was more than ten years ago. Just something that came to mind as I spend my second DAY on hold with Rogers tech support.

@RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one “AT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US
