    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    Hey @RogersHelps - any chance the $500+ a month we pay for your services could actually be reliable?? Just installed ignite not long ago for supposedly better service, and it's been far worse since. Phones are down today, internet is constantly dropping... what am I paying for?

    @RogersHelps Rogers...this issue is *nationwide*, and seems to be for *ALL* customers...myself included. Please save your CS & technical support some hassle and update your messaging on this. If you are a Rogers front-line worker - you have sympathies and hope that it gets better, soon.

    @RogersHelps @aredlight1 @Lynaa____ Its been too long, please don't just apologize, people use internet and cellular phone for a living now, your company should credit $ to our bill and for all customer affected. But honestly, your credit $ won't even cover some people $ lost today.
