@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Hey @NHLTVSupport, @Rogers and @RogersHelps, the NHL app updated on numerous devices today and now I can't sign in. My credentials aren't recognized. Can you fix this? Been using the NHL app since 2019.

I checked Roger's web page and our postal code was listed as a problem area. I’ve been in contact with Matthew a very pleasant Rogers representative who was nothing but terrific. Unfortunately, he told me @rogers cannot search PAST issues.

@RogersHelps @braecl It is widespread. I am having the same issue. I spent quite a while on the phone this morning with your tech department. I also was told you won't consider it an area issue until 50% of customers report. I was told a tech would come Friday. No time. Just Friday. 😞

@RogersHelps @etsstokes We had to cancel our Rogers services. Increases in prices with service issues where we live. Switched to a more reliable service who also provides a much lower monthly cost

@RogersHelps Why DM? Just put the game on. The on ine audio is out of sync. Again. Something that has been a regular occurrence on @Rogers @Sportsnet for a DECADE. It isn't "my feed" it's a problem of a crap company not giving a damn about the Flames nor their fans.
