    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

    @rogers @sportsnet, can’t remember the name of the dude, interplanetary rovers were never called shuttles. Shuttles were reusable spacecraft. Rovers were once called probes. Stay away from science and stick to sports. Requires less knowledge.

    @Rogers Just shy of one year later & I still haven't gotten my SIM card from you. "Oh, it's on backorder; it'll be here within a month," is getting really old to hear. Now your support staff says that there's no record at all?? 1st no working internet for 10 months, now this.

    @RogersHelps WOW Rogers. I just logged in to pay this months bill and you charged me late payment for last month which was YOUR fault not taking the friggin’ money. We still have not received our $100 visa. Switching over to you has been a **** show so far.

    @RogersHelps worst customer care & @Rogers need to hire competent employees, I’ve had an issue pending since December and still crickets . Called in over 6 times !
