    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @CdnMapleV @acoyne @RogersHelps They should actually have the organizational capability to do rolling deployments with excess capacity that result in no outage, since it took them 15hrs to restore, they obviously don't have the faintest clue what they're doing though.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Service is patchy at best. When will the service actually be fully restored? Speedtest fails 50% of the time on wifi and wired connections. When will the service actually be repaired fully?

    @YoinksOG @RogersHelps Yea but can barely connect to anything network goes up the randomly my speeds drop to 0.0mbps then back up makes streaming or getting into FiveM RedM Impossible times out on connecting its pathetic been like this for days they say power of modem and on it will work it doesn't

    Got a nice email from @RogersHelps today about the outage. Honestly all I really want is. It to have the haggle in a year to keep paying the same amount a month for my internet.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Still no internet services or TV in Markham. This is ******* ridiculous! The only thing you guys are great at is ignoring your customers! Every time we try to call customer service the call drops.
