@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Time to leave @rogers after 24 years! @RogersHelps was no help at all… there recent rate increase is ridiculous from what I had, and the $20 loyalty discount I worked hard running after every year, they say don’t follow any plan they could offer me… what a load of BS! #fail

@RogersHelps Having big issues with service where I live. Some areas have no Rogers Data or Cell coverage but I can get AT&T. But if I use that (my only option) I'm charged for roaming but I've not roamed

@RogersHelps we have been customers for well over 4 decades in my household… why is it that I have to wait on hold for over TWO HOURS And I STILL haven’t spoken to an individual about my services? Is this how you treat your LONG TIME customers? Unbelievable!
