@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@amigone @Crackmacs @RogersHelps Yeah Rogers tried to get me back about 6 months after I bailed on them(after 10 years) I've been using freedom mobile since, it was a little dodgy at first but ever since Shaw took them over I've never had any issues, and it's not a bad price

@amigone @RogersHelps @Crackmacs Rogers is terrible and does not care how long you have been a customer. My husband says getting in with shaw now for low prices will benefit in the long run as the coverage will keep getting better and your rate wont chage being locked in. Hard though

@amigone @Crackmacs @RogersHelps Switched 2 months ago, and it's great for us. We're on the $0 plan, as we are almost always on WiFi, plus $10/GB each for data, which is pay-as-you-go, and lasts us about 3 months. Unbelievable after 20+ years of paying high rates elsewhere. No issues with coverage in Calgary.

@RogersHelps when are you going to fix your internet? I see people on here complaining from 8 months ago about the same issues a lot of us are still complaining about? Have to restart my gateway 7 times or more a day is getting really old!
