Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@Rogers @Rogers - this clearly needs to be changed. Ex: Netflix, amazon, music services, etc don't charge your account ANYTHING if a CC expires. They simply suspend your service. You guys have treated a customers account like your own bank account. #notcool Stop that right now.

So my @rogers box basically can’t play the game I’ve PVR’d but my IPTV stealing service has worked flawlessly. I pay an arm and a leg for the former and $50 a year for the later. As soon as the Olympics are over, it serves no purpose.

@RogersHelps I love how not a single employee responds to my calls or comes to my house to fix my internet? This is the THIRD time that we have had issues with Rogers, and each time someone is scheduled to come we get cancelled on….so happy I can rely on this bullshit company

It's a new day @RogersHelps so don't **** it up with bad internet connection and outages. That's not asking alot from a company who calls itself Canada's leading ISP

@marcie_c_john @Rogers Hmmm....I was in Tofino in the fall and the service was fine. But the answer to your original question is no. Telus does not use Roger's coverage and vice versa. I will have coverage on #4, you will not.

Shoutout to @RogersHelps for the great service today. Nothing like an outage from 11am to 6pm. It's not like people are depending on reliable internet service during a pandemic. And no explanation about reason for outage when contacting them #rogerssucks

@RogersHelps @brentjmcd Any live program will pause after a few minutes for a few seconds when I stream the Sportsnet app whether on my iPhone or Android. The same phones have no problem streaming Netflix, etc. I think not enough data is buffered by the Sportsnet app at the start of streaming.

@leerathje @Rogers It doesn't mean coverage will improve in Tofino itself where we actually live. Here Rogers service is still weak. I switched from Rogers after dealing with it when I first moved here.
