Dee Olson (@deeolworld) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaWell done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* π
-
vhmillsy (@vhmillsy) reported from Lacombe County, Alberta@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I canβt see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I canβt see how much Iβm using to see if there are more issues.

π»ββοΈ Dave Sandford π¦ (@Dave_Sandford) reported@RogersHelps how is it that I can't get through to Roger's wireless on the phone? Just ai crap and each time it says "we'll transfer you to a specialist" I'm told "we are experiencing higher calls than usual and we can't take your call" and then disconnects. Customer service 0/10

rrcool π¨π¦ (@rrcool53) reported@RogersHelps How can I tell if I have 2.4 wi-fi. My wireless camera requires it and wonβt connect. The network works fine with my phone and laptop but is not named SHAW-???? 5.0

Terry Murphy (@tyjac2) reported@RogersHelps 8.5 hours with no service and no information what a great company
-
Mahdi (@msh_1486) reported@RogersHelps The problem is I can't get a hold of someone. Do you even have a support team?

Laura Brown π (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.
-
Laura Brown π (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers I worked in call centres in Canada. Most of the clients were US businesses looking for Canadian customer service people because we were nicer, more patient than those in the US. I bet they still do that.
-
Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported@RogersHelps Being able to access support when I need it is important. Long wait times happen but being hung up on is inexcusable. This is something worth switching carriers over.
-
Mike Jones (@Mike_Jones_1) reported@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.
-
Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!
