    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @Ruu_TV @RogersHelps You had the same issue with them years ago. Everything "was fine" for months until *gasp* something actually was wrong but they were trying to be cheap. Awful company

    @RogersHelps Enough is enough. Multiple days a week of outages are impacting working from home. I'm beyond fed up at this point. I at the very least want a week refunded as I've experienced issues for at least that many days in the last couple of months. Awful service.

    @RogersHelps so called to upgrade plan since I got a promo for 5gb free for 24 months. First guy transferred me. Waited half hour and still no 9ne picked. Up. Screw it. Hung up. Thanks for wasting my time, from a long time loyal customer...

    @Ruu_TV @RogersHelps Consumer and business class internet does not come with an SLA (service level agreement) to guarantee quality or uptime. You'd have to shell out for enterprise class for that. Best thing is to have a 2nd ISP to switch to during outages. A 5G hot spot might be enough.

    @RogersHelps please get back to the DM as I was told this would be resolved on this current bill and it hasn’t been, poor customer service regarding this bill. the bill is not updated as I was told it would be in December 2021. I’m owed credit on this bill where is it?
