    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @RogersHelps internet has been mostly down since Friday morning due to an outage in the area, which I then learned was due to your fiber upgrade from a support agent. How is this acceptable that you did not notify any customers in the area beforehand? C166303357
