@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@Rogers Decided to switch to Rogers Ignite. Received 2 TV boxes and a modem. Turned out 1 TV box was delivered in error and not set up for immediate use. Called in Friday morning. Still waiting for the fix.

Canceled Rogers , returned all the equipment and got a bill for next month, called support and they said “just ignore it”, in 2021, you can’t toggle a switch to update my balance? If I make a payment it’s reflected in a day. What if I accidentally paid it? @RogersHelps @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps Sorry for late reply. We ended up getting Bell Fibre, as we couldn't handle the daily outages. Technical couldn't find issues, but my neighbours were all having issues. Bell Fibre only became available last week, so here we are. How do I return modem?
