@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

If you’re still with @Rogers, check your bills! Our package=5 flex channels, the website only is letting us pick 4 and it literally says 4/4 for flex channels. Bunch of our shows didn’t record. The @RogerHelps staff harassed the other person in my household today& won’t fix it

@RogersHelps Last night ET was on Global (3) and NBC (17). NBC had no sound during this time. When the feed changed at 7:30 p.m. the sound on NBC came back. Last telephone message update said the problem has not been resolved. DMing you won't reveal anything. Had a bad night from last call.

@Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been cutting out regularly since yesterday morning. The internet and TV have been cutting out constantly over the last two months. You have the most unreliable service in our country.

@catchcassenova @Rogers Had to get a 3rd Escalation by #Rogers Tech Support this morning! Today the @BlueJays play their first playoff game since 2016, and I can't even watch as our area's weak signal issue affecting us since Monday apparently isn't priority enough to even address, let alone fix!!
