@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@RogersHelps There is a service person coming on Sunday (internet just went down again). But they won’t be able to fix it. If you were the gas company, and the supply went out every 20 minutes, they would fix it.

@Rogers I have Rogers everything. Including Ignite. When it works it’s great. For the last two days, the internet has been going down roughly every 20 minutes. I had a Google business meeting yesterday. Crashed 6 times. Not exactly stress free.

Ordered a SIM card for a new phone. Won't receive it until next week. But thanks to @RogersHelps they shut down the SIM card in my old phone. Now with out a phone. Great customer care.
