Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps @Rogers I am still without home internet. Booked a technician to come. he called and said there is no point coming as my area is still part of the outage. He said it will take another day or two for things to come back!!!! And Rogers is telling the world that things are mostly back.

@Rogers wanting to take over @ShawInfo while convincing regulators that @Verizon entry to Canada would be detrimental is exactly the greed that we don't want in #Canada. #Canadians pay the highest cost for cell service for now we know has no redundancy for system failure.

@AboutRogers @Rogers ‘Sorry’ and “we will do better” are patronizing. A 2-day credit for our inconveniences is insulting. Remember what happened in April 2021? History has repeated itself. Rogers must learn how to test better and fallback effectively when software changes fail!

@MarkMah98975156 @RogersHelps @Fidomobile I know - I heard it'll be a credit for 1 day - about $3.82 but my tv is still not working properly. I will demand a bigger credit! They can't get away with this crap.

@CRTCeng If the @rogers outage has show us nothing, it's a need a robust and competitive marketplace with multiple service providers available for Canadians
