Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@AboutRogers @Rogers You are responsible. Right? Then just wash off responsibility by offering refund for service people didn't get. Do better. Donate your two day's compensation to a charity for underprivileged. That's what taking responsibility look like. Will you do it though?

What a garbage service… @RogersHelps @Rogers services have been down for almost 2 full days, they claim the the service has been restored, yet WiFi is barely working. Great work pressing the “on” button - but when are the services actually going to be working as intended again?

@RogersHelps You should issue an statement and explain exactly what caused 24 hour full shut down. Public has the right to know or you will lose a lot of your customers.

@AboutRogers @Rogers If we’re only receiving 3 dollars worth of credit for this inconvenience you’ve caused then we’ve basically been laughed at the internet has been down for two days and emergency services along that too not to mention the thousands of dollars businesses lost because of YOU

Just spoke to customer service representative on phone. They don’t have an idea when it will get fixed. While the Rogers is paying the media to lie about that the service is restored which is not. @RogersHelps @Rogers stop lying. It’s been 2 days #rogersoutage

Aside from 911 being unavailabe for @Rogers customers, another major issue is Canada's Emergency Alert System. The alerts are distributed to radio and TV stations via the internet. If the station happened to be on Rogers and a tornado hit, the alert would never go out. @CRTCeng
