Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@Rogers @hils4 How is this power saving feature not fixed yet. Give the damn option to shut it off. My grandmother lives with dementia and it’s hard enough for her as is trying to work the controller and it’s annoying for the average person. Figure it out.

Not even been a day since I became a Rogers customer, and I’m regretting it already. @RogersHelps @RogersBiz

  • KristenRidley Kristen Ridley (@KristenRidley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Ugh, @RogersHelps your service is the worst. None of my services working for going on 3 hours now. So much for those emails from your CEO about doing better.

  • sherylbarrera sb (@sherylbarrera) reported

@sinsiete @Rogers I can’t believe they’re treating you like this, Bell would never!!

  • NRGSerge Serge Cormier (@NRGSerge) reported

@BenKlass Where is the $35 3 GB plan on the @Rogers website? Under Wireless --> Plans and add-ons --> Basic Phone Plans, the lowest plan with data is 5 GB for $50. I don't think they promote this plan at all but are mandated to offer it upon customer request. Sneaky but that's #BigTelecom!

@RogersHelps Rogers svc msg: Update on ticket number C182664530. There's been a delay in fixing the Ignite TV problem you told us about, but our technical teams are working on it. We're sorry it's taking so long. We will provide an update as soon as we can.

@Rogers I didn't know Rogers store employees could cancel an order of phone without a customer's permission. When was this instated?
