@RogersHelps Got to say your service esp. billing is the worst. Still getting billed for 2 cancelled services and reaching a specialist is almost next to impossible and when you do, gets disconnected or chat gets terminated. Wow! Next call would be to cancel my Mobile service.

Time to leave @rogers after 24 years! @RogersHelps was no help at all… there recent rate increase is ridiculous from what I had, and the $20 loyalty discount I worked hard running after every year, they say don’t follow any plan they could offer me… what a load of BS! #fail

@LakeErieVlogger @Rogers As a long-time Rogers customer, I agree. I’ve spent more time being disappointed with their service than anything else, and if I could’ve gone with another provider for home internet and my cellphone, man I would. I really would.

Officially done with @RogersHelps and their crappy service. Tech came and replaced a whole *** modem and wifi is still spotty. How are you compensating people from this? This is ******* outrageous.
