    @RogersHelps All devices. Not on the outage map, but down detector has lots of reports. It drops every few minutes. I've done all the trouble shooting, and the queue to talk to a rep is 86. Been happening since yesterday.

    @Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.

    @RogersHelps At this program and literally do what you've done well please all the while making your customers think but what they're getting is backed by the government. When what you have proposed is so far outside of the program as to be not part of the program. Just another lay down scam
