@PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers Loxcel shows Rogers installed Huawei all across the country. Great risk management. So it is a serious issue during the period in which we are not releasing our "hostage" as per China's request.

@RogersHelps Well over 13 hours of no service... No word from Rogers, other than piss off, we’re working on it. That’s great customer service for you.

@RogersHelps Folks, read the terms and conditions you agreed to when u took their services. They do not have to accept liability for disruption in their service or to compensate for losses as a result. Make your calls and t Nexts from home wifi if you can.

@CBCToronto 16 hours is not intermittent. I'd be interested to know how many people end up in hospital or worse because they're victims of domestic violence due to @Rogers inability to correct their problem.

  • hedia19
    Hedia Balkhi (@hedia19) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Fidomobile I know/hope you’re working on fixing this but please don’t downplay the issue. It’s not “intermittent service interruption”! There has been no service, zero, null, for hours and hours!
