    @Lucys_ma_name @Rogers Ya have to cancel my skip shift today. The problem is in Quebec, sask and Alberta. The whole 5G network is down they can’t get it back up after Thier maintenance. They should compensate the lost income.

    @RogersHelps I called over 100 times,and We're busier than usual. The chat support is just as useless. How am I supposed to understand my bill or get help without speaking to an agent? @RogersHelps @Rogers This is unacceptable, unbelievable, unreasonable, and worse than every other provider.

    @RogersHelps I need to speak to somebody in customer care as I am having issues with my Wi-Fi and I was told to get pods because the ones I have do not work with my modem, but I can’t get through to anybody.
