Jackie Groening (@JayCassPey) reported@Bell_MTSHelps That’s not very reassuring. Like I said I regret switching from @Rogers to Bell MTS. Any time we had an issue with them it was fixed quickly. It’s been 48 hours and still not update. This is ridiculous

DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps Your response pretty much sums up how Rogers wants to deal with customer complaints. I will pay my outstanding and port my number out. It’s extremely sad to see such customer service even for sub standard service and connectivity.
-
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

♓ T Moretti ♓ (@JMisses) reported@RogersHelps Internet connection keeps buffering since the outage a few weeks ago. I called your tech support and they said I had to change my modem and plan.
-
J (@Jball1717) reported@Rogers ported 2 numbers in on a promotion and it’s been a nightmare since. Cant speak to anyone. Live agents can’t help. People transfer , hang up. Still haven’t gotten my numbers back I was promised I could keep. Should have stayed with Chatr!

Honeyboy Wilson (@HoneyboyWilson6) reported@RogersHelps I have two Fire sticks with the same problem. I have two TV boxes that are fine. All other apps on the fire sticks are ok.

-
Marie ♡ (@mariestellaa_) reported@RogersHelps Everything is correct and automatic time is toggled on. It eventually corrected but it seems like it’s a network problem?
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
