Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Almost six years as a @Rogers customer. I've never had a single positive interaction. Different prices and offers in different channels, billing issues, no transparency. Folks, if you need an internet provider, avoid Rogers. Any suggestions to which provider I should switch to?

@RogersHelps Jason/Jay Knowlton/St. Jean, one of your network techs, deliberately disconnected my internet yesterday out of spite. Long story, but essentially because I insist he pay rent for living in my house. It's still not re-connected over 12 hours after I phoned.

@Jules2berries @RogersHelps Right?? No statement made by Rogers (when they've done it before in way shorter outage periods). This was literally a full working day. Almost 9 to 5. Internet came back on around 5:45, hope yours is good now too!

@RogersHelps Well, co sidering I am on the worst plan, I am the account holder but somehow you screwed me into being secondary & my bf gets 5gbs of data & I'm sharing 4gbs with 2 ******* TEENAGERS. I pay like $65/mth so yeah I can't think it can't get any worse!
