Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@Rogers I had a service guy show up today. I actually had to tell him to leave when he was rude. Already on the phone with you guys to get a complaint in, hut wow. You should be embarassed

@RogersHelps Had a power outage yesterday and the TV box in one room is no longer working. Reset the modem, plugged and unplugged the box. Nothing. All other boxes in the house are connecting. Help!!

You have had enough time to fix this. #internetdown all the time means can’t work from home. No TV & having to hotspot a phone to get it done. Should have kept my @Cisco net box.

@Rogers Umm stress free? I’ve had nothing but stress since moving to Ignite. My internet drops consistently and this is after numerous technician visits. Tomorrow will be visit # 6 by yet another technician for the same issue.

@RogersHelps It's not my account but my in-laws, and when they called in to delay the cancellation a week they said it was the reseller's fault, even though the reseller said on the 3rd party access portal that no transfer has been requested. Funny their service gets terminated at midnight.

@RogersHelps Cancelling rogers to go to a different provider. Service getting cancelled at midnight but Rogers is saying no such order in the 3rd party access portal and claiming no order was entered. Why??

@RogersHelps unpaired my ignite remote because it stopped working (wouldn’t let me go to a channel by inputting the number without going to the guide first). Now I’ve finally re-paired it and the problem still persists.

@RogersHelps Turn on any channel on the super sports pak and read your own listings to see where it should be available. How is it that the customer knows more about the product than the twitter handle that is supposed to read Rogers Helps? Forget it.

@RogersHelps I turned off band steering a while ago and all of a sudden the 5G wifi connection has disappeared ? All my at home devices cannot see the 5G wifi network anymore, what can I do?
