@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@rogers @RogersHelps it’s absolute BS to not let a customer change their billing date and then charge them a late fee. Your bill is my most expensive bill. And you’re shoe horning in an extra $17 monthly because I get paid on the 15th and you bill me on the 13th.ITS FRUSTRATING.

@RogersHelps It's amazing how all we get is an apology. Meanwhile we pay crazy fees for your intermittent service. I lost appointments and opportunities because of your incapable ability to fix your problems.......but I'm sure there will be another price increase very soon to pay your techs
