@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

Why is @Rogers claiming service is mostly restored when it isn’t? What if every @Rogers customer when they got service restored, switched to @Bell Fibe? I used to have it. The service is not as fast, but there was never outages like this, and they never lied. #RogersOutage2022

@Apelino_ @birgitomo @Rogers Also I think anyone who has any insight into the internal workings of large corporations know that the old claims of private sector efficiency were based on nimble small businesses not large ones. Also, internet providers are notorious for poor customer service! Esp Rogers & Bell
