@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Your cell/data service has been down most of the night. Hold times to get through to customer service has been hours. We rely on your cell service to enable my daughter’s medical device so we haven’t been able to monitor her symptoms properly for hours.
