@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@RogersHelps Thanks, however the bigger issue for me is that your system is set up with no redundancies or separation..that whatever caused the problem was able to affect not just cable, cellular but all services including banking and emergency services nationwide, those should be protected!!

@RogersHelps Considering you overcharge for substandard service at the best of times, Rogers is still making a profit on the backs of customers even after giving back 5 days worth of service back.

@RogersHelps If you have heard why are you not lowering the costs. Especially internet. We are the highest paying for internet service in the world. Lower your rates and then maybe we will take your apology seriously.

@RogersHelps So, what about folks who missed work for a whole day? And we didn't get service back fully until Sunday afternoon. It completely ruined my weekend and caused a huge amount of stress for our family. Do better!!!
