@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@elonmusk Oh Canada I thinking of switching to Starlink. @Rogers is slow or non-responsive Internet unable to fix for 4 years. I’ve was using my cellphone because my Wi-Fi didn’t work. I switched my cellphone I would love to switch my Internet. the Starlink speeds were out of this world 1/

Part 1 Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps, I have a crazy idea - how about u stop spending buckets of money on newspaper and TV ads telling us, your customers, how much you care and instead spend it on more reps so we don't wait almost 45 minutes on hold when requiring customer service?

@stitchlady @RogersHelps Honestly MFA is so dumb.. in fact all these extra security things are pointless! they only benefit rich people who actually have a risk of being hacked.. hackers don't target the average person.. Most people who have account issues it's usually the fault of someone you know

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, I am still without internet I've tried getting in touch. Guys it has been 6 days. Canadian internet monopolies are getting insane I know I'm not a priority but please it's a provisioning issue I am losing work everyday #WeHelpCommunitiesThrive #Rogers #Canadasinternet
