    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @CP24 @Rogers Its been almost 12 hours since the outage started, during such a crucial time(stay at home order) where everyone's work is reliant on phone and web and you still are not able to figure it out. Critical functions are on hold because of your failure. REFUND EVERYONE!!!

    Read about the @Rogers service outage in Ont. this morning thought ugh that sucks but as #yeg resident wasn’t affected, 3 hours later have no service & need phone for work & am waiting for a call! @RogersHelps how long does it take to fix the issue??

    I'm guessing now that @chatr is running off the Roger's network. Good thing I have a wifi access point at work. More reliable than @Rogers network atm. You have one job . Keep canadians connected.

    Just got an email from our doctor saying that Shawn can get the vaccine and the clinic is right beside where Shawn is working but @Rogers is still down and he has no way of knowing that. I’m getting more and more angrier today
