@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@RogersHelps @ronsmaqe Same here and no reply to DM. Think you’d actually post it on main page. I called and the recording as says they can’t take my call. No problems taking over $400 a month though
