@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @RogersHelps That’s definitely a frustrating experience. Sadly none of the options we have in Canada are any good. Anyone buying a phone should always try to buy it outright. I know that can be very tough but it saves this type of trouble.

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers I terminated @Rogers very long time ago. They tried to scam me with a huge bill for overseas texting while my roaming and data were off. We agreed on $ 100 and I insisted on canceling my service. They’re not trustworthy, I’m afraid.
