@Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

@Rogers you are my carrier and I want to formally make a complaint against @jkenney @Alberta_UCP for continually calling me when I’ve repeatedly requested to be removed. Not acceptable.

@tobi @Rogers A silent carrier update breaking hotspot with zero release notes, discovered while stuck in traffic — that's a genuinely terrible way to find out. Carrier software QA is some of the worst in the industry precisely because customers have nowhere else to go.

@RogersHelps @mondoggg Everything is down in Ottawa right now it seems

Have a problem with your Internet provider? #Rogers @Rogers Contact: The CCTS helps customers and small businesses in Canada resolve complaints related to mobile, home phone, Internet and television services. I'll let you know if this works.

Is there any company worse at customer service than @rogers ? I’m in a hospital and waited 2 hrs. to speak to a human before giving up.

  • Dwit3d
    DWIT 3D & Laser (@Dwit3d) reported

@Rogers I have been on the phone now for over 3 hours trying to fix an issue that YOU caused. Transferred from one department to another, then back to the original department and still waiting. You make me want to cancel ALL of my services with you. This is not right!

  • BKOttawa
    Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported

@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

@RogersHelps @suresh__cp When several people say they are in Ottawa are having issues, maybe it’s not our problem, but a Roger’s issue. Yes, I have restated my modem. No, it didn’t help. Thank you.

  • for_vaughan

@RogersHelps i have repeatedly. they knock at every door. They also call non-stop. (on a no call list) Dug up our front lawn 6 years in a row for our neighbour who Rogers can't seem to get proper service to. Do you really think this behaviour will get you more customers? Rogers is a menace

  • cdormsy
    Chris (@cdormsy) reported

@Ferreira_nszuki @Rogers They cut the service to the town I’m in. I have to drive 30 km just to check voice mail. I pay $118/ month for the ability to text if I’m in the right area. 17 months left in a contract and do you think these asshats will do anything?
