    @Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

    @Rogers went to a store in London On today to get help with vac QR Code. The staff member refused to help as he doesn’t agree with what’s happening in Canada. As for his vaccination, he would not comment. Great customer service Rogers!

    @RogersHelps We are experiencing very slow internet.The speed in the last 1 week has been 280 mbps and none of the websites or VPN are connecting. This is applicable to all devices connected. Need quicker resolution

    @Rogers we need as a country need to pull all ads and funding to media that puts down the protesters . turn your backs on government sponsored media companies and pressure companies who advertise on them also. target those companies as anti freedom. draw the line in the sand.

    @RogersHelps I got forcefully upgraded as a result of signing a new contract for 12 months. Received the most pathetic customer service possible from 3 clueless technicians, 2 phone and 1 in-person customer rep. I have DM'd you but this needs to be posted for everyone to see😡
