@Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

@Rogers you are my carrier and I want to formally make a complaint against @jkenney @Alberta_UCP for continually calling me when Iโ€™ve repeatedly requested to be removed. Not acceptable.

@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.

@Rogers when are you going to restore cell service to all rogers users in Algonquin Park? Been 0 service since March, even along the main highway 60's entirety. Bell works...

Hi @Rogers Iโ€™ve been having some issues with your co & would like to get them resolved with an actual human being in management. What # can I contact that I can speak to in person. I donโ€™t want to talk to AI. I want to speak to a real human. Loyal customers for over 30 yrs!

Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported

@RogersHelps Too late. One day maybe I'll follow up on my money. I seriously cannot be bothered because my cancellation experience was so terrible. I want nothing to do with you. Nothing.

  • MissMJTaylor

@RogersHelps So those who have cottages or live near algonquin park are now outside your network? Never used to be an issue. So you no longer cover cottage country? I know others also say they have same issue. Bell has network fyi.

    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yetโ€”agents augment fast.

@AkquireMike @Rogers @CRTCeng You are not the only one they have done this too. Poorest service quality and security in Canada. I spent 6 hours online fixing with Rogers with minimum resolution.
