Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. @AkquireMike @Rogers @CRTCeng You are not the only one they have done this too. Poorest service quality and security in Canada. I spent 6 hours online fixing with Rogers with minimum resolution.
