    @Rogers + @RogersHelps: We've been trying to upgrade my wife's iPhone for 3 hrs. Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

    @Rogers you are my carrier and I want to formally make a complaint against @jkenney @Alberta_UCP for continually calling me when I’ve repeatedly requested to be removed. Not acceptable.

    @RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.

    @Garnet_2203 @Rogers so stupid cope

  • JeremyM74626730
    Jeremy M (@JeremyM74626730) reported

    @AmanRattanpalX @Rogers Never believe them. Was paying close to $200 a month for internet (no cable) as an existing customer - no reductions. Switched and when I called to cancel, they offered me $65 a month if I signed a locking in contract for 3 years, where they could increase it back at will

  • MyPilotOnline
    MyPilot .Online (@MyPilotOnline) reported

    BEWARE: @Rogers will sign you up for a month to month but tell you you’re on a full contract when you cancel, then instead of rectifying the issue they will charge your account over $600. Buyer beware,

    Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported

    @MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.
