Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
