@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

@RogersHelps @Sportsnet the unhelpful tech support just yold me "if you want to watch the complete game, record it". THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE GAMES "ON DEMAND"? It is WILDLY false to advertise, and have people pay for, cable packages that include "on demand" replays of nhl games

@RogersHelps I demand that this unauthorized suspension be cancelled immediately and my original service agreement be maintained. Furthermore, I expect any 'suspension' or 'restoration' fees associated with this error to be waived or credited back to my account immediately.

Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

@Rogers Yes. My service is still down and according to your website, it is an outage in my area that has gone on for almost a full 24 hours now. Your tech support has submitted a ticket yesterday, but no response has been received yet.
