    Since I got my new phone (IphoneX back in june) from @Rogers it’s been nothing but a ******* headache. Paid over $500 of extra charges that I don’t know where it’s coming from. I kept on calling customer service for assistance but nothing is done. Its ******* ridiculous

    @Rogers ******* up my bills left and right since june... So since I got my IphoneX. I paid $500 of extra charges for nothing, I kept on calling customer service and tadaaaaaa nothing is fixed. Like ******* get it right will you guys pls. Im wasting sooo much time and money 🤬🤬

    @RogersHelps wow 40 min in to Handmaids Tale and my pvr started to reboot. Too bad nobody thinks to schedule these updates for the middle of the night. Now when I go to watch it on demand I can't fast forward the first 40 min because you don't allow that #nocommonsense

    @RogersHelps Sigh still waiting for @Rogers to address issue. @RogersHelps Doubt you'd be able to help other than provide pre-scripted responses. To reiterate @Rogers should be doing quality service systems testing regularly & when u see an outage address it instead of waiting for a complaint

    @RogersHelps Already called ur customer service line cuz internet connection cut out repeatedly making DM help, an epic fail. Clearly y'all just respond with scripted responses or you would've picked up on that info. @Rogers knew of area outage. Fix it. Don't need a day 6 of this.
