Website has timed out 6 times after we've hit "purchase" + we've been on hold for a operator for 45min...and the quoted wait-time goes up, not down. Your upgrade deal is good, but it ain't that good.

Had to reboot my modem if I needed to work for an hour without lag. When I called to cancel, they tried to sell me some sort of speed boost service. Nope. They should've just never slowed it down.

Iโve never had this issue before using Rogerโs services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
