@RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

@RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

Listen I think what goes on at @Rogers can be absolutely deplorable. They grossly underpay their front line staff HOWEVER Rogers Communications Inc from my knowledge has never mismanaged pension & disability funds to pay their Executives & Shareholders large Dividends
