Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@MVLibertas @RogersHelps Why was etrasfer and Interac down too? Does @RogersHelps own that? They probably shouldn’t.

@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps I'm sure that Rogers wanted their customers to have access to 911. Service outage of this nature, although we don't know what caused it, was out of their control.

@Rogers Did you intend to take care of the problem this year or have you already gone to take refuge on an island with all the money you steal from Canadians in exchange for a terrible service?

@RogersHelps MyRogers app says services are working in my area however my flashing green modem says otherwise! How do I know if the outage is still affecting my area or if this problem is just mine now?! I thought for sure by the time I woke up my services would be restored!

@RogersHelps Just curious, how will you repair the damage caused to non-customers? I've had no access to my own money, and neither has anyone else without a credit card...

One of 2 things are happening with the #rogersoutage . Either it was a cyber attack, which should absolutely be considered an act of war, or @Rogers systems are too weak and vulnerable to meltdowns. Canadians should put their foot down and find another provider to go to

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I sincerely hope the credit is a little better than the last time this happened. Mistakes happen, but this is the second major outage within a year….that $1 refund just doesn’t isn’t it
