@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Update 🚨 well after dealing with @RogersHelps for the last 5 days, the problem has finally come to an end. No, my internet did not get fixed I switched to @Bell. Won’t be running until Saturday but I’d take that over the lies @RogersHelps spews.

Might seem as an overreaction but I’m confident that I will be never using a @Rogers ever again in my lifetime. I’ve been patient and understanding but you cross a line when you lie and deceive customers. BTW you get ALOT more for the $ from bell..
