@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@RogersHelps Honestly, this is my experience day one. This is not a new service. You shouldn’t have these major issues regularly. I’m not going to fight with this service for the rest of the season - who do I contact about getting a refund?
