@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@Rogers You are no help at all! I have been waiting for 3hrs now just to setup a move. You keep on putting me to the wrong department even if I selected the correct prompt! 4 callbacks with the wrong department and now connecting me to the "right" department for FOREVER! 😡

up&down service all week. 36 hours w no tv,no notice when service was restored, loss of 30$ online during an interaction when service cut, Interruption to 2 work meetings, overage on data plan bc I had to use data when I had no wifi. Rogers offer? 21$. @RogersHelps @Bell ? Hello?
