    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @Rogers seriously the most reliable internet? I had to reboot my router this morning and now the internet is down again. The tech person says there is an area problem. Are we having an outrage again? Canadians already pay a high enough internet fee and deserve better service.

    Hey, @Rogers, thanks for being useless on your customer service call. I tell you the issue, and you tell me it'll take 24-48 hours to "test" the issue even though I can see it and you won't send out a technician. Again, why should 1000s not dump you and switch to Bell?

    @RogersHelps @marketwizardimg Website isn’t owned by Rogers but it serves a communication channel where your customers report outages…there’s thousands of people reporting outages at the same time. Are you saying that the website is lying/inaccurate? Are you saying your customers are lying? Stupid tweet.
