@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Thanks, @Rogers for discontinuing yet another service, with killing off Anyplace TV. I'm sure I'll be seeing a decrease in my next bill for this loss? Hmm, I'm guessing not. You're making it easier & easier to get rid of cable.

@RogersHelps hey Rogers, I've been wo interent since 8am, with tech service since 2pm and the earliest you're sending a technician is tmrw 12pm. 3 of us r working from home & need internet. Do you have emerg technicians? Is Rogers being proactive abt fixing internet during wfh?

I used to love @TELUS but then they sold me a lemon of an iPhone and refused to take it back! 2 months in and my battery dies at 3-hours on the mark. I regret pulling my staff from @Bell and @Rogers to now have to deal with this BS #corporate #fail
