    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @RogersHelps Tv service with picture freezing and then to black screen and popping back on ... noticed since yesterday. We rebooted modem. Now I find laptop has no internet no matter what fixes done. laptop internet now on! I want this fixed.

    @Rogers & @Fidomobile internet has been down for a week. Both technicians seen at the building and nothing is fixed, no credit has been given to anyone affected in the building and our work disrupted for days for those who work from home. What kind of service am I paying for ?
