@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Cellphone service has been down all day, and 10 million Canadians in a pandemic are about to *LOSE* it. Idea: Next time @Rogers goes down for more than 1 hour, the government should allow access to the other two while Rogers pays.

@Rogers @RogersHelps This is going on 6+ hours now... That I know of. Not a single sale/contact/text has gone thru. How embarrassing for Rogers seeing as how their Canadian cell service is one of the most overpriced services IN THE WORLD! Over $100 a month to lose a whole Monday
