Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@Rogers Also, lets not negate the fact the thousands of customers had rogers service until well after midnight AFTER the storm rolled through at 4pm. So it was working after the storm and then out of no where its cut for thousands. #dobetter

@christaggart My Mom died in late Dec, we cancelled her @Rogers account in early Jan. It's now late May and they still haven't refunded the charges that were billed for prepaid services. Several followups. No other telco, utility, or financial service gave us any problem. Just #RogersSucks 1/2

@RogersHelps we've had no internet or phone service at work for 2hrs now. Impossible to determine if this is down for the area or just a problem with our unit. M6H 1P6 I shouldn't have to give all my personal data to get a Yes/No for service information. Tech support 30-45 min !?

@christaggart @Rogers My point is that if Bell is treating you shabbily, the competition is pretty awful as well. 2/2

@RogersHelps … but it is now getting to three full days without any service, when your competitors’ networks have been up throughout this time.

@RogersHelps How about giving us extra GBs for those of us who had to rely on our phone data to receive emergency updates while we were out of power?
