@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Hi @Rogers it looks like your service issues are wider spread than your IVR mentions. In NS and bars disappeared. Returned but only 3G; data not functional, voice seems to be affected as well.
