vhmillsy (@vhmillsy) reported from Lacombe County, Alberta@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Dee Olson (@deeolworld) reported from Red Deer, AlbertaWell done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

Judy Pickett (@JudyPickett1) reportedHey Rogers @Rogers Your wait time either online or phone is very poor! Looks like you need more human contacts to solve customer issues.
-
Chris (@Innes_lifestyle) reported@RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?
-
Nesta ౨ৎ (@nestapendragon) reported@RogersHelps Your techs can't fix the problem they caused cutting the wiring in my home for no reason?
