@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

@jamie5121 @RogersHelps And also it's been intermittent for me a my family all day, sometimes a text goes through sometimes it doesn't, so yes that's intermittent. I'm sorry yours is a solid outage. But you all need to stop being so dramatic. It's a day. If it's more than a day or 2 then make a stink.
