  • vhmillsy vhmillsy (@vhmillsy) reported from Lacombe County, Alberta

@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

  • deeolworld Dee Olson (@deeolworld) reported from Red Deer, Alberta

Well done. @Rogers. Finally introduce unlimited data, then make it impossible to change plans via either desktop or phone. I tried both. Repeatedly. *slow clap* 👏

@Dadwith1Pack @DanielVyner @Rogers You ever try get coverage in Canada near a Lake, a mountain or an hour outside of an urban centre? They aren't providing infrastructure and service to the whole country.

  • heysharonpaz Sharon Paz (@heysharonpaz) reported

    @RogersHelps How can you help?

  • CanPRESPoli Thomaswhite (@CanPRESPoli) reported

@DanielVyner @Rogers Also the decades we payed fees to build said network and then are not rewarded in any way

  • KAS89678718 KAS (@KAS89678718) reported

@Rogers It’s sept and I finally got the fiasco July outage credit. 1 day ! I was told 5 days ! They gave me 1 day ! I lost business that’s day ! Every step of the way has been painful with Rogers.

  • HareBlix Hare Blix (@HareBlix) reported

@RogersHelps Okay but it's going to end the same way: "all the routers in your area show the same weak upload signal. We will escalate this and let you know when the issue is resolved" 🤷

  • larlaw77 Laurie Anne (@larlaw77) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you. Its all taken care of now and someone is coming to hopefully fix the problem.

  • CindyRossi77 Cindy Rossi (@CindyRossi77) reported

@RogersHelps Maybe tomorrow I will call Global and ask them to call and help you fix the problem. No need for ke to wait around all day for someone to come over, breathe on me, touch everything and possibly give me a hard time.

  • angryark99 Angryark (@angryark99) reported

@DanielVyner @Rogers Incoming (stupid) comments about population density - people think Rogers puts 5G in back country Nunavut.

  • playinpod Mike Snelling (@playinpod) reported

@raypal @DanielVyner @Rogers The "unlimited" part is bull. They claim to only reduce browsing speeds if you hit your limit but it's so slow the websites time out before anything loads. It's browsing by carrier pigeons.

  • heysharonpaz Sharon Paz (@heysharonpaz) reported

Speaking to @RogersHelps "customer service" is the true test of patience.
