    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I canโ€™t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I canโ€™t see how much Iโ€™m using to see if there are more issues.

    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @karmen638539 @Rogers Data Centers and charging station run off a different power grid system as what Rogers or Bell would use . They donโ€™t overload, as service suppliers run off a singular use power grid , one system multiple users

    @RogersHelps weโ€™ve been without internet for a whole day. Iโ€™ve been trying to get in Touch with a customer representative but Iโ€™ve been out on hold for an entire hour. This is unacceptable. Since our townhouse is on a bulk service weโ€™ve been asked to contact 1-855-759-5856

    @Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve been trying to cancel my service since the start of the month. Impossible to do when no one picks up OR the system hangs up on me. And I canโ€™t cancel in your stores.
