    @RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

    @RogersHelps Yesturday on March 07, 2022 My evening Recording that I did not cancel got cancel even the one that I set for Wensday because I did not want to miss the Flash, Good thing I check for my evening Recording before the pacific channel version aired.

    While @rogers uses third party Canadian vendors in all departments, @Bell outsources internationally with techs being Bell employees. Both companies have great profit margins but treat their vendor employees like a number.

    @brittlestar @Rogers Rogers once called me to offer me a new monthly cellphone plan that would begin 2 weeks later when my month was up.The day came and I had no service anymore. They put me on an internet hub plan and it took 2 hrs on phone and five people to figure it out. 😵‍💫

    @brittlestar @Rogers Considered switching from Rogers to Bell for a hot minute, then slapped myself and snapped out of it. They last had me as a customer 20 years ago and I still remember.

    @RogersHelps Ran out of space to continued explain my issue on March 07,2022. I set-up the recording again but put it in living room setting, just in case it pick-up cancellation from other ignite user that is not suppose to be connected with mine. And it is fine now.
