@RogersHelps Both the website and the app. The website says because I made changes to my account I can’t see usage. But I had to add data as a hotspot was left on accidentally and used most of my data. Now I can’t see how much I’m using to see if there are more issues.

Anyone looking for a t.v, internet or phone company I suggest you avoid @Rogers at all cost! Not only do they treat long time customers like **** but their service is less then subpar. We pay every month for internet yet it only works half the time.

Unsure why @AppleSupport is taking so long to fix. Apparently it’s widely known as an issue. Kinda feel bad for @RogersHelps - if only they had said this months ago I wouldn’t be frustrated with them.

Called @RogersHelps for the umteenth time about a #visualvoicemail issue that has persisted since 2020. And for the first time I was told it is a known @Apple issue and that @AppleSupport have been troubleshooting it all along. Bonkers to hear that.
