    @RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

    @RogersHelps When will our refunds be given!??? This is horrible. I am alone at home with a baby. No way of contacting people. Also updates would be nice with a explanation with why/how this happened.
