@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Rogers @RogersBiz what is the problem with with Internet. From more than month, everyday there are Internet disconnect 5-6 times for more almost 5-10 minutes. This is frustrating when working from home.

Been a @RogersBiz customer for 11 years. My bill almost tripled because my term finished. Don’t look at my invoices since it’s the exact same amount every month BUT customer relations telling me well too bad you have to pay your bill and not giving a **** is a huge issue for me
