@RogersHelps home phone, internet, tv down since this morning. After 2 hours on phone with Rogers told earliest they can send someone is Wednesday evening. Kids in online school, 2 adults working from home. Not sure how this is a reasonable service standard.

@RogersBiz I’ve been on hold, waiting to speak to an agent for 55+!minutes (and counting). this will be the 7th agent I have spoken/transferred to. spoke to 1st agent almost 2 hours ago. Any help would be more than appreciated. 🆘

Spent 2 hours on hold with @RogersBiz @RogersHelps, which is a good chunk of my Saturday evening. Beyond disappointed by the lack of service provided. I understand agents are busy.... but to be told all I can do is wait and then be disconnected. Absolutely ridiculous.

Come on @Rogers and @ShawDirect! I just want to watch the Blue Jays. My satellite is intermittent (like 3 seconds at a time!) and my $400/mo mobile internet (the ONLY service available here) won't stream. Fix this!!!
