The outage happened at like midnight, chances are he woke up a couple hours before the interview, realized the issue an hour before, then at that point what do you do?

Despite the @Rogers outages yesterday, @PCFinancial still holds the record for worst customer service for me.... once again on hold for nearly an hour (like literally every other call I have ever had with them). It is almost impressive
