@AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.

Camille Chambers (@camille31712987) reported from Cobourg, Ontario

@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

Tom Spencer (@csspostal) reported from Port Hope, Ontario

@Rogers Too bad not even a year in to my current phone maybe for the iPhone XII

@RogersHelps Talking to support on Facebook messenger now say guaranteed me Rogers website doesn’t have a phishing URL installed

  • smccaughey
smccaughey (@smccaughey) reported from Cobourg, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Rogers @RogersHelps explain to me how this outage has been “resolved” HOURS ago & yet my modem is still flashing orange….

  • Iam_viktoh1
    viktoh (@Iam_viktoh1) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve tried resolving this through support multiple times but was refused a refund. I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

Hey @Rogers. Been a customer for a week and already regretting it. How does one speak to someone who can help me? You either can't transfer my call, I wait an hour, or you hang up on me.

  • Paul__Walsh
    Paul Walsh (@Paul__Walsh) reported

@ScammerDefence @TELUS @Rogers That doesn’t actually happen and even if it did, the damage is already done. Threat based security for phishing will never be good enough. It’s time to pivot to zero trust for URLs.

  • Ch9seFan
    Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported

@RaceCanada_ca @Rogers @RogersHelps I know but On TV trucks are on Fox so we shouldn't have an issue.

  • Charlii_aBB
    Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported

@allkindsXO @RogersHelps Yes. I finally gave up last night after the chat system booted me out when I was 3 in the queue. Woke up this morning still not fixed. So 12 hours and not a hope in hell getting help from Rogers.

Why do ppl renew contracts to get another cell phone from places like @Bell and @Rogers. They give you a garbage phone that breaks down in only 2 yrs...my phone from 15 yrs ago still works...thats how much you're bring ripped off. Stop using them!

  • HeldyCarvalho
    Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported

@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

@RaymondWil78846 @Canucks @Rogers Yes and that is why Vancouver is full of retarded cucks like yourself. It would be a much better place if everyone worshipped the painter. Instead you all have Carneys ***** in your mouth like the retarded cucks that you are. And oilers own the Canucks retard

Hello, @Shawhelp @Rogers - have been trying to get through to customer service for several days now. Can be in chat for several hours and all it says is “We are currently experiencing a delayed response. Please wait.” The customer service has tanked. Together with Shaw?
