Day 1 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

@theMediaman @Rogers Good suggestion. The @CCTS_CPRST complaints are built on the same principle. Operators 'address' your issue by issuing credit just to turn around and do the same for 10 others of which few complain. Overages: 1 person charged $10K on their bill -is outrage, 1M- $20 each -its ok.

@RogersHelps Hi, the internet and TV had been cutting out for about 45 minutes to an hour, but have both been working fine for a bit now. We haven't had any further issues, thankfully, so I'll send a DM if it happens again. Thanks!
