    @Rogers … awesome customer service. Wait 1hr + on the phone earlier today. Then 30 + minutes on live chat and no answers or replies other then “sorry, you’re important…..”. Can’t alter anything online as I get redirected to call or live chat. #brutal

    @RogersHelps @marketwizardimg Website isn’t owned by Rogers but it serves a communication channel where your customers report outages…there’s thousands of people reporting outages at the same time. Are you saying that the website is lying/inaccurate? Are you saying your customers are lying? Stupid tweet.

    I have been unable to work since Friday. @rogers has a known problem with services in my area. No ETA, not able to talk to a human (my position in the queue is 81, and given my experience in the last days, the chat — or call — will drop before I get to someone). What a week.
