    Spoke to TekSavvy about issues post @Rogers disaster. We don't have reliable internet since then, Rogers staff comes to our house and tells us it's the 'modem' and not their network yet TekSavvy says our lines are a disaster. they are telling many customers this. @CBCOttawa @CBC

    So has @Rogers offered up an explanation yet for why I was forced to lose out on a day of work (and therefore, a day of pay) and being incommunicado all day? All this on top of being sick with probably COVID made for a very long, terrible day.

    @RogersHelps any reason that your browser streaming platform for ignite TV still doesnโ€™t support loading in Linux? Was hopeful after your service dropped the awfulness which was Adobe Flash that your browser and OS support would enable Linux users, but no go. Why?

    I need help with my grandmotherโ€™s TV situation. Antennaโ€™s wonโ€™t pick up more than 2 channels (ground floor, too far from window). Bell TV and Rogers Ignite were too complicated for her to use and too expensive. @Rogers says basic is no longer available at her address.

    Welp. Looks like no streams going forward until @Rogers runs us a new cable. Hopefully the temporary fix the tech implemented today means Iโ€™ll be able to work uninterrupted this week. The constant disconnects are more than a little obnoxious.

    @RogersHelps Yes and for 3 days I have been told that they are โ€œletting maintenance knowโ€ because they can see on their end how bad things are.

    @patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

    Rogers falsely flagged me for a business account I never opened, threatened suspension, and even closed my fraud report as โ€œnot fraudโ€. Weeks later they admitted it was their own system error. @Rogers fix this and compensate for the stress caused.

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™m still on hold as Iโ€™m typing this. The WiFi is bad at the front of the house even though we have the router right in the middle of our house. My Google camera is constantly losing connection and my daughter is always looking for a different place in the house for WiFi Pods?

    @RogersHelps Thats great but can I not wait on hold for 2 hrs? Ive had this service for less than 2 months and already ive spent almost 5 hrs on hold. This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.

    @Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
