I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support.
