Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

Instead, they rejected my return for water damage, and let me know I would be charged $1,800 for my old device. I’ve disconnected my credit card from Rogers while I try and get in contact with them; it’s so frustrating.

The physical drop line or house ground block likely hit by the surge we need an outdoor field technician to re-test and replace the drop ASAP.
