@internet_fukboi @RogersHelps Ironically, this time it really WAS the modem, which apparently died yesterday morning. The Rogers person who just came ended up replacing it and the problem was fixed. I can’t believe that after 20+ times or so of it NOT being the modem, this time it actually was!

@RogersHelps Most everything dealt with, now just 1 outstanding question regarding Ignite TV. Everyone I’ve spoken with today from a Rogers retail rep to customer service has said to subscribe to Ignite TV I need to get it bundled with Internet. But your website says otherwise:

  • internet_fukboi internet boy (@internet_fukboi) reported

@niall3215 @RogersHelps Same doubt they will fix anything. Maybe cost too much to pay overtime. Truly pathetic.

  • AndrewGOBrien Andrew O'Brien (@AndrewGOBrien) reported

@RogersHelps How long for repairs to the 4 towers in/around Fort Erie, ON? Your towers are down since Friday. Electricity is now restored to most. Rogers is the only company with every tower down & too cheap to send technicians on premium pay yesterday or over the holidays. ETA on repairs????

  • ETRdotTV ETRdotTV (@ETRdotTV) reported

@RogersHelps Any issue in Angus Ontario with mobile wireless? As of a couple hours ago there appears to be no signal at all - it's like the area cell site (s) are not broadcasting? Problem is noted on a BB Key2, and wi-fi works fine, no SIM error indicated, just 'no service' indicated.

  • glacialtide Queen in the North (@glacialtide) reported

My home internet’s back! Thanks to the very helpful person at @RogersHelps who came to the house & replaced the modem that apparently chose to die on Christmas morning. Now, @TELUSsupport…when are you going to fix the LTE issue in my neighbourhood?!

  • Aafreenmuzaffar Aafreenie (@Aafreenmuzaffar) reported

@Bell_Support @TELUS could we connect for your internet packages? I’m sick of @Rogers and their never ending outages.

  • glacialtide Queen in the North (@glacialtide) reported

My home internet’s been down since yesterday morning (thanks @RogersHelps) while the LTE network on my cell phone (thanks @TELUSsupport) has also been down since yesterday morning so I’ve been stuck using super slow 3G data on my phone during a holiday with no home internet
