@RogersHelps Im already on a 2 hour call with tech support. Its too late. Ive been fired. Your generic copy and pasted responses dont help me. Ill be cancelling all services with you as soon as I have my isp setup, and speaking with an attorney.

@TELUSsupport Do you have any updates as to when you will actually roll out 5G service for Kitchener Ontario? Not having your Network 5G available and selling 5G phones results in batteries draining faster. It's something when @Rogers already has 5G available here!
