I'm losing money by the day without a consistent internet service. Might have to take the business elsewhere because of lack of transparency and acknowledgement of reality.

@RogersHelps , I don't know what you did to fix your mistake, but your fix has wrecked my home network. It looks like my previously bridged modem has been factory reset, and I can't even log into it to fix it. The kicker? When I try to call tech support they promptly hang up!
