@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy

@RogersHelps But no one answered when I was on hold. The automated response after 3 hours just told me you are experiencing high call volumes and then said have a good day and ended the call. This is poor customer service. How about calling me and I will graciously put you on hold for 3 hours

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers was one of the last of the big 3 who had all their customer service agents in Canada. Covid hit. Shaw merger happened. Ceo changed and they wanted a bigger profit so they laid off a majority of the Canadian staff in favour of the cheaper labour outside of north america

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Cancelled everything connected to Rogers. Done paying for the Leafs, Raptors and Jays salaries all while having to watch gay ****, price increases and more. Now I run Starlink so my idealogies can at align somewhat with what I pay for.

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Roger's, Bell , telus have a strong hold over Canadians and communication . People do not realize how absolutely aporant the service in Canada is . Disgusting

@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers Worked for Rogers for years. Their whole play is to charge as much as possible while making service extremely difficult or useless to reach.. means less costs for them. All 3 carriers are corrupt.
