    @RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

    @RogersHelps We are on the cancellation list already, however the fact that a long time customer has to sit without cable for over 4-5 days is absurd.

    @RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

    @Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.

    @RogersHelps Rogers Communications, I live in Edmonton, in the Stillwater neighborhood. The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon possible

    @RogersHelps I have already spent months trying to resolve this via phone. The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.

    The worst part of dealing with a @Rogers TV or internet FAILURE is being forced to listen to their obnoxious hold music. I swear they intentionally add static to piss you off so you'll hang up. What a high quality operation you're running there @Rogers 🙄🤯

    @RogersHelps I have reached out to tech support on previous occasions when this happened and all they do is reauthorize my modem etc etc. The issue keeps happening! Its always during a game on the 4K channel so obviously this is part of the problem!

    @Rogers I have been charged for activation fee which was supposed to be waived off. Your rep assured me that they will send me a link and I will have dispute through that link. Never received that link.
