    @RogersHelps Get off X and answer the phone. But since you asked, what is Rogers doing to address long wait times. Given the amount we pay for telecommunications in Canada, we should be getting better service.

    @Stevest48366771 @REWoman @Rogers Both Rogers and Bell is down for me now. At least at bell I got a customer service representative trying to fix it. 2 hours on hold with Rogers for an automated voice to tell me to call back later.

    @RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

    @canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2
