Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • wendyalana Wendy Alana (@wendyalana) reported

@Rogers We have been out of cable for 3 weeks because nobody will get back to us. We had an Executive friend sign us up with Rogers or else we would never have switched. We cannot get an answer from anyone and then have the nerve to raise our rates? We can't get cable for THREE WEEKS.

  • Faulkyn Bear Dad (@Faulkyn) reported

Hey @RogersHelps I've been trying to get support since 8 am. Your chat and phone numbers aren't working. Waited 2 hours for a call back only for the dude to hang up.

  • ish_pre Ishwara Prematunga (@ish_pre) reported

@RogersHelps I spoke with Isaac (senior tech support) who was very helpful and scheduled a home visit later on today. If this issue persists I will be changing providers.

  • LovesGreatMusic Dave Starkey (@LovesGreatMusic) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Can you please supply me with an email to log a serious complaint against Rogers? No, you can't help or fix it, I just need an email address to make a VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT.

  • Von2767 Yvonne Lamb (@Von2767) reported

@Rogers Internet is down in Courtice, Ontario. Any reason why and when it will be back ip?

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

@RogersHelps I spent an hour and change on a call with your call center, and didn't really get any resolution, as they didn't know why my payment date changed either.

  • djdemuir Demuir (@djdemuir) reported

@RogersHelps Funnily… it just went down again for the second time today. Super unacceptable.

  • ish_pre Ishwara Prematunga (@ish_pre) reported

@RogersHelps CTV news story I linked earlier identified a major problem with your authentication process. As 1 of 2 major telecoms in Canada why do you not use text-to-verify? Or perhaps, internally notify the tech support agent that caller has selected "following-up" on a previous ticket.

  • cdn_tbird Tony Citta (@cdn_tbird) reported

@RogersHelps so much for doing better & being transparent. Not having an ETR is unacceptable. Don't care about "compensation" as it will never cover my actual costs. Your crews should be providing ETR updates on a regular basis so agents can pass it on #badcustomerservice
