@RogersHelps @Bruinsfan88inTo Just went through the assistant ‘Anna’, then got connected with a real agent to say there WAS an outage but it was fixed during our chat. Internet has now gone down 3 times since. There IS a problem with connectivity. No, it’s not fully fixed

I guess @Rogers will just opening up new accounts in your name at the same address for the same services. They will also tell you they can't cancel without an investigation as to why you have multiple accounts for the same service. The money grab has started.

@RogersHelps in London, I'm getting good D/L speed but nearly-zero upload speed. Is there an outage? (I assume you won't say because you want your numbers to look good at the end of the quarter)
