On August 3rd a Rogers van got caught up in our basketball net and caused damage. My son bought this net for himself and the other kids on the street in June. Because I do not have a plate or van number (but have 2 witnesses) Rogers will not replace the net. Shame on @Rogers

@Rogers I will call and sort this out, I’m not sure why Rogers changed his number on him. That’s slimy and terrible business practice to just change someone’s phone number without them asking for a new one

@Rogers thanks for the Ignite wifi hub which may have corrupted my phone. "Theres a bit of a wait because all of our Rogers ..." are dealing with numerous outages and unmet service promises.

@RogersHelps I cancelled my wireless service july 13, 2021. Why am I still being charged a monthly bill?! There’s even notes on my account and I have an email confirming cancellation. Wtf!?😡
