  • Ming83674755 Ming (@Ming83674755) reported

@RogersHelps My Rogers modem has all the normal signals now, but the internet still down. What is the reason for this?

  • atomsmith Atom Smith (@atomsmith) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Seems like the first thing @Rogers did last night was send out bills to it’s customers. What a horrible customer experience.

  • mokirokio moki roki (@mokirokio) reported

@BauxiteBeard @RogersHelps That contract you signed includes terms which outline the fact that a service may be subject to occasional outages. But I thought you had common sense

  • kat_trell Katherine L (@kat_trell) reported

@RogersHelps Define vast majority? There seem to be a lot folks here still without services. Myself included, in east GTA. Thankful to have a different service provider for my phone and a solid reminder to not keep all my eggs in one basket.

  • SchatzEd Edward Schatz (@SchatzEd) reported

@Rogers, FYI my compensation rate for the outage is $100/hr plus pain and suffering. So you might want to get on this. I accept all forms of payment except potatoes in a wheelbarrow.

  • ShirleyPartrid7 Shirley Partridge (@ShirleyPartrid7) reported

@LeonardTorrin @Rogers Rogers is scared shitless of the possibility of people having died because of 911 outage. Their lawyers have told them shut up until the damages are known

  • knuckle_munkey Munkey Knuckle (@knuckle_munkey) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers You say service has been restored but that's not true. It's only certain websites that work. Your lying to us and downplaying the affect. Also what gives you the right to decide how much we all deserve.

  • Corpski Corpski the Streamer (@Corpski) reported

@RogersHelps Times up. We need to demand a class action lawsuit against Rogers to update all of their broken and outdated infrastructure that they keep holding on to as much as possible to save money

  • Poolofdeath20 Austin Ryan (@Poolofdeath20) reported

@Walaa_Refai @RogersHelps @Rogers I've done everything has nothing to do with my phone it's the modem it's self, not being rude that was for rogers not you

  • JustDavidsNFT ☕️JustDavids.NFT🚬 (@JustDavidsNFT) reported

@Rogers outage reminded me why I left twitter.
