We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.

They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell
