As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Your Customer Support representative clearly told me that the extra $80.40 CAD charge, supposedly related to a “dishonoured cheque,” would be disputed and removed. I checked my bank transactions for the past 6 months and there has been no bounced or returned payment.
