@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@RogersHelps Thank you. And as per #Rogers tradition the issue hasn't been resolved yet. The equipment charge was supposed to be removed in 3-4 biz days from Dec 7. It is Dec 19 and the charge is still there. You should thank your stars that you operate in a near duopoly market. #cheat

OMG. iPhone from @rogers has 'premium' protection - but can't get my broken phone screen repaired - likewize says apple will cover, apple says likewize will cover. It's been 21 days. @RogersHelps 'escalated the problem' but none have sorted. Leaving Rogers plan. SO fed up!!!

@RogersHelps I have received nothing but the run around from @Rogers. I was supposed to have a technician come to my home as I have not had internet 5 out of the 7 days I've been a customer. I have been lied to for the better part of the day. I would like some help.

@RogersHelps I can’t do work without my home internet. And guess what hasn’t been working all freaking day. And guess who doesn’t reply to direct messages asking if there’s a network issue. Love paying a gazillion dollars for no wifi or service tysmmmmmm
