@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

Bern without internet or TV for 36+ hours and counting now. DM to @RogersHelps, 2 service techs, multiple calls with conflicting statements about what is happening; lost an entire work day, staring down Super Bowl Sunday with no ETA for a fix. Switching from @Bell = mistake

@RogersHelps is there an ETA on when the connectivity issues will be resolved? You’re outage chat service no longer works and keeps showing ‘session time out’ with no way of signing in again. And to be out in Super Bowl Sunday no less?!Updates please!

I have to hotspot my internet to do my course work because my home internet with @RogersHelps sucks. And yes, i shut down everything, unplugged everything, and restarted everything... waited and it gave out again. Apparently i pay a lot of money for crappy services 🙃

@RogersHelps Attempt 4 to cancel and recover the charge for my old internet account which was moved to new Rogers Ignite account on Feb 8th ended with no success. Spoke with customer rep who took my data and transferred me to “the proper” department where I was on hold for 30min.. Brutal..

@RogersHelps just got my ignite modem, can’t connect it because the Wifi Hub app won’t let me sign in “due to technical issues”. Like come on man, why is NOTHING ever simple with Rogers?
