Over the last 6 weeks I've probably spend over 10 hrs on the phone with your employees, every time i think the issue has been resolved, only to find out nothing has been resolved. I tried but didn't get anywhere, she is useless. Finally connected to chat support but was disconnected immediately due to high volumes.
