@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

THREAD 1/2 Hey @Rogers , I’ve been dealing with constant Wi-Fi disconnects and speed drops despite having a high-speed plan. I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times, but I’m left on hold for over an hour every time without reaching anyone.

  • flamestoogood
    Blasty’s Burner (@flamestoogood) reported

Cancelled my @Rogers internet service today. Shouldn’t have dropped 960

  • Canhistoryrules
    Ben (@Canhistoryrules) reported

@teapot_toff @Rogers I have no problem with being upset over fees and costs. It’s way too high and competition would be great. Sadly AM radio is dying in Canada and globally. I’ve seen more people saying they are upset on this platform than actually listening to the stations.

  • boredomtoday
    monk (@boredomtoday) reported

@tim_whitey @JohnnyGiunta_ @Rogers This guy actively wants to **** the home run dragon, and he’s a corporate shill? Are you braindead?

  • BobPickard
    Bob Pickard (@BobPickard) reported

@UniforTheUnion @Rogers The abrupt way Rogers turned off these stations was needlessly disrespectful to the employees let go and to the people in the communities affected whose listenership over decades supported the company with advertising dollars. You just don’t deal with staff and consumers so callously – no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing. But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who don’t have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.

@alejomelgar21 Its sad to see the 660 Newsradio like that.. I had no idea they'd been shut down, called the traffic line to leave a tip for them that afternoon..went to voicemail..left a message..then turned on the channel to hear nothing but dead air. @Rogers made a huge error closing a much needed station down.

  • SusyCampos19

@Rogers Funny i clicked on add new service and i get someone picking up the phone right away. Yet you don’t value your current customers

  • JacobJPhillips
    Jacob Phillips (@JacobJPhillips) reported

Is Closed… fml I’ve Been Paying $120+ A Month For My Plan When There Was A $105 Plan Available For Basically If Not Literally The Exact Same Thing & I Was Never Offered Or Contacted About This And I Would Like To Be Credited Back @RogersHelps #CustomerService #RogersWireless

  • MattDungey

If I haven’t told @Rogers to go **** themselves today , now would be a good time

  • rocketoperator
    Frank Hood (@rocketoperator) reported

@UniforTheUnion @Rogers It's BS that Roger's and Bell have been buying up radio and TV stations for years only to shut them down in the name of profits. Before shutting them down they should be required to try to sell them to new owners.
