@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@RogersHelps it's more than 12 hrs now and internet is still down in Whitby in my area L1R and there is no update from Rogers.

@RogersHelps I have no television service in North Oshawa near the university. Is there an outage in the area. Internet is working but a reboot of the modem did not resolve the problem and it is affecting all outlests.
