Raynard (@BaySouthpaw) reported from Clearview, OntarioMy 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.
-
Raynard (@BaySouthpaw) reported from Clearview, Ontario@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

Madam Boring (@Carleey) reported@RogersHelps Calling regarding my home internet services. We cancelled back in December and returned the modem, but the person over the phone obviously didn't cancel our services and now we are hit with a $700 overdue payment.
-
toymachinesh 🇺🇸 (@toymachinesh) reported@RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one “AT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US
-
Jacob Legein, CPA (@PeachFinancial) reported@RogersHelps Fix the problem or I am going to dig the gravel out myself and leave your wires exposed if I don’t cut them

🍄***H0LI0🍄 (ĭg′nər-əntis Vulgaris) (@CryHardLibtards) reported@Martyupnorth @Rogers gives more to their NEW customers then they do to people who have been with them for 20+ years. worst company in Canada.

Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its a 44mm samsung watch8. Im on a call with tech support now and they telling me to go to the store which I already did and they told me to talk to tech support so you guys have no idea what you doing and giving me the run around and wasting my time
-
🇨🇦 Kent (@kentmaurstad) reported@RogersHelps You guys are abhorrent. Never dealing with you guys again.
-
Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reportedVery disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@JMCInformation @Rogers That’s for the info @JMCInformation , I will also contact them with my issue. Even though I canceled all Roger’s services after almost 50years because of their horrible customer service after they layed off staff and contracted customer service to 3rd world countries.
-
Dave Turnbull (@TurnbullDave) reported@RogersHelps That’s the problem, outage was never listed on your website even though my app said there was an outage in my area. You guys need to do a better job of communicating - can’t direct people to a website that doesn’t offer any insight.
