Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Now myaccount past due, new bill has been issued, and I've been charged late fees because I can't reach anyone.
