@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

@Rogers Build another system. Back up . ( redundant ) If one **** goes down , other kicks in. You charging arm and a leg and eye. Still your system sucks. Make ur tv 120.00 for a box.( one time purchase ) 15.00 a month unlimited Tv. Means all channels.

@FictionalDiary @RogersHelps Rogers prioritized restoration so that Wireless customers will get their service back first. They worked hard all day yesterday to do this first. Service outage is one those things that happens and you have to accept it.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps #Rogers being down is one thing, but the fact that @INTERAC relies solely one 1 service provider and no backup in place is appallingly.
