My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

My phone is pretty broken. Smashed my iPad and I don’t even want to know how much it will cost to fix or replace. I’m hitting refresh on my email waiting for @Rogers to send me a notification that they have a phone - any phone - in stock. I stayed with them - for now.

@RogersHelps Hi I have had a pathetic customer experience. I have been an old Rogers customer ,and this is how Rogers has treated me. I boughtIphone 13 pro,with a 30 day return policy as express pick up.Withoutletting me know theychanged thestatus and are not taking back.pls help
