    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you canโ€™t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why theyโ€™re canceling their service. If they donโ€™t offer a reason, they shouldnโ€™t be asked. Itโ€™s that simple.

    @Rogers I was in a call till 5pm & my phone started dying. The Rep told me i was to receive a email. But was not able to get a response or a Email appointment. Help ?

    @cgledhill The very next day in ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ, we had a major internet / mobile network outage from @RogersHelps and cash โ€ฆ. was king. Maybe my fault for dissing it. #nocoffee

    @RogersHelps Still on hold and now itโ€™s an hour and 45minutes @Rogers you owe for a week of ****** service! I have to use my Starlink to make calls or drive 3 mins down the road for reception yet Iโ€™m 45secs from your tower. I reported it! (ticket I2600573957)

    @RogersHelps I donโ€™t mean to be rude but you are asking many questions for what? If you read my posts I did not get any resolution and clearly no one is sending a modem given three transfers and not one of the staff knows who handles it. Tech put me to Customer Care they put me to legacy

    @RogersHelps You can start by firing Keona- this is the second time Iโ€™ve dealt with her and she is the direct reason I will be going elsewhere. She is rude, condescending, wastes your time and makes your business feel unwelcome and unneeded.

    @teapot_toff @Rogers I have no problem with being upset over fees and costs. Itโ€™s way too high and competition would be great. Sadly AM radio is dying in Canada and globally. Iโ€™ve seen more people saying they are upset on this platform than actually listening to the stations.

    KItchener area @KellyDeRidderMP issues a statement on @Rogers radio station closures in her community. It's insane that companies like Rogers get extreme preferential treatment from the federal government, and then do stuff like this.
