    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @Rogers I was in a call till 5pm & my phone started dying. The Rep told me i was to receive a email. But was not able to get a response or a Email appointment. Help ?

    @RogersHelps out in collingwood . Installed new modem, veero devices... same complaint, same shitty service. Please don’t expect a payment.

    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    @RogersHelps - I’ve Spoken to a dozen tech support employees, managers and in person service techs. You’ve had constant outages in Brampton for a good 10 days. Very constant, unusable. When are you going to get your stuff straightened out? Give us a definitive timeline.

    @Rogers my husband was charged with 2 Spanish channels,he called to cancel &explained we never made a request 4 this,he was told that he wont get a credit back bc a “Maritza Blasquez” was leaving w/him & they assumed that bc of my Spanish last name I’ll be watching those channels

    @RogersHelps Saying this plainly, after dozens of calls/hours/tickets w/you folks talking specifically about my account; end result = non-descriptive ‘there is an ongoing issue & we have people working on it’ & none of you are able to tell me what that issue is. Even from managers!
