My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

@Rogers according to the policy at rogers, they can do anything they want to any account they want. All they have to do is send an email. It doesn’t matter if it is received, viewed, or replied to. Thats it. Worst customer service ever #whatajoke

Dear @RogersHelps what in heck is happening with your call centre? Long time customer here. I call & get very long wait to speak to tier one support. They then transfer me to “loyalty” dept & I get to hold for another hour. This has happened twice in one week. Do Ed or Tony care?

@RogersHelps Have a problem with SNNow Premium using wrong location for IP and blacking out Leafs games. Live Chat have 3x put in an override to make it work. Helpful, but has to be redone if modem restarts. Looking for permanent solution. Can you help escalate?
