    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @Rogers is so interested in customer service it is always a 45 minute wait minimum for a live person. Either not enough service help or you got lots of people calling for help. Both are a indicent of how you value custumers #lessonsnotlearned

    @RogersHelps your customer service today is below standard. I have been on the phone for over an hour. Waited 35 min just to speak with someone. And no one seems to know what they are doing. Currently on hold for almost 40 min. Did your operator go home?

    2 calls today from someone claiming to be from @RogersHelps @rogers saying I am getting 40 percent off my bill for being a good customer I knew this was fraud cuz 1 Roger's ain't giving us **** and 2 they asked for all my info & when I said I was with a diff company they hung up

    @RogersHelps @NewfieDecker Don't forget poor stream quality. Detroit/New Jersey stream is horrible. Boston/Dallas is fine. Columbus/Arizona could be better. There were NO issues with stream quality on NHL Live.
