    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    @Jimmer_Tee @DShulman_ESPN I was always a Tom and Jerry guy, would turn sound down and put radio on during games. Even now I prefer Wagner but most days he's alone or with Nicholson-Smith, essential hung out to dry by the cheapskates @Rogers.

    Hey @Rogers $10.73 credit is less than one day of roam at home fee. That one day I had no coverage happened to be the day I needed to be able to contact emergency services and couldn't. Thanks for not much of anything.
