    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz @tonystaffieri We cancelled Rogers in December and are STILL WAITING FOR OUR CREDIT! You expect payments from your customers why can't you issue credits at an appropriate time. 2.5 to 3 hour wait times to get to an associate is terrible service.

    @RogersHelps - on hold for over an hour to talk to a live agent. What I have to say - Anna your AI can’t help me. Why do I have to wait so long to talk to someone? This is ridiculous. I don’t want to speak to ANNA!!!

    @RogersHelps Every time we talk to you we somehow wind up paying more and getting less. We're looking at a streaming service tight now that offers 13 000 channels for $69/year. If you can compete with that, let me know!
