Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you canβt even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.
