    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @RogersHelps So my spouses data was not working and a Rogers tech walked him through resetting his network connections. That fixed the connection to the Rogers network, but what the technician DIDN'T tell my spouse was that the reset ALSO reset all his WiFi passwords

    @MikePMoffatt @Rogers Had same problem. The signal is *****. Every time we complained they would send a technician who would like clockwork say nothing is wrong. But when I increased our bandwidth, like magic problem solved.

    @RogersHelps Then the technician should have told my spouse that. Again you are placing the responsibility upon my spouse. I'm very disappointed that a $200 a month customer of 25 years is being told that this is their problem when it was caused by Rogers

    @RogersHelps ignite internet down for long time. Did everything chat bot asked to, not resolved. Waited hours for live agent, no one responded. Can you guys help or should I just stop all of my work and cut the line tomorrow morning all together? Anyone?

    Bravo @Rogers For the... 4th year straight, Muskoka and Parry Sound have next to no internet. 4th. Straight. Year. And I pay hundreds for a service that can't handle incoming cottagers? Half my gawd damn paycheck.. for a service that can't load a 2 mb picture in 10 minutes!

    The worst thing about this is how customer service kept saying, “well you have a new phone now!” A phone doesn’t replace how much my old phone meant to me. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS SERVICE. Shameful. @rogers @rogerssupport
