@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

@680NEWS I feel sorry for people who have to use @Rogers... Never f*ckin' again!! ...omg the slow speed and the interruptions. I'd rather chew off my arm tethered to an Ethernet cable than have to have their service. Thankfully I can just say NO Thank you!!

Due to a major service interruption (@RogersHelps, @Rogers cell service), if you are in Canada and with Rogers/Fido you may not have cell service. I hope resolved soon. I'm affected - can't make or receive any calls. Kinda important to an emergency on-call psychiatrist!

@RogersHelps In an already suffering economy in which my business has been forced to take customer orders by phone, I haven't been able to receive or make calls all day causing a substantial loss. Which department at @Rogers can I send an invoice to for the loss of income? Switching networks.
