@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@RogersHelps Thanks, however the bigger issue for me is that your system is set up with no redundancies or separation..that whatever caused the problem was able to affect not just cable, cellular but all services including banking and emergency services nationwide, those should be protected!!

@RogersHelps So, what about folks who missed work for a whole day? And we didn't get service back fully until Sunday afternoon. It completely ruined my weekend and caused a huge amount of stress for our family. Do better!!!

@RogersHelps You guys are **** at listening. Either reduce prices or build a competent infrastructure. Fix your Sportsnet streaming channel while you're at it. All of your products are complete dog **** and your executives have zero care for the end customer.
