🦁🇨🇦 Bollywood Roop 🇨🇦 🦁 (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaUpdate on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.

Jon G. (@WhiplashHimself) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaI want to save money, while also having a phone on a reliable network that doesn’t have an unexpected annual shutdown. I’m switching to @Koodo once my financing agreement ends with @Rogers #FuckRogers
-
Joy (@autumnwhisperz) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@WerdEmUp @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport @RogersHelps @TekSavvyNetwork @TekSavvyBuzz @TekSavvyCSR Oh shit, had the wrong province picked!

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@etowntechy @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers And I'm an Optik TV customer too! I've even unplugged one STB, and haven't used the other one (PVR STB) in over a week. I pay nearly $200/mo for sub-par service. In Canada, the internet is an essential service. Imagine getting power or natural gas 60% of the time. @CRTCeng @TELUS
-
Nick (@PNM_79) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Prairies @RogersHelps I had same problem until I closed all apps and rebooted my device. Worked after that.
-
Imee Grace (@Imeegracia) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaHey @RogersHelps why we’re not inform about your nationwide outage. Not nice customer service. Missed lots of very important calls. How long this will last?
-
Chris Tye (@SussexGeezer) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaDear @Rogers please rest assured, there will be no service interruption affecting customers making their monthly payment on time @RogersHelps #rogersoutage #rogersdown
-
Maher (@HeyItsMaher) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaI did just receive really good help from @Rogers when I called in about my wireless plan. Much better than my previous experiences so it’s nice to see improvements being made
-
Steve C (@Oxcanhosting) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaHey @RogersBiz you have got to have without a doubt the absolute worst service of any company I’ve ever tried to deal with, you should be ashamed how bad it is.
-
Nick (@PNM_79) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@yegventures @Rogers @fluenthome If power is cut your WiFi won't work so there must be a eSIM in your security system that is on the Rogers network. U have WiFi so you'll be good. If both were to go out you'd have a problem but that highly unlikely.
-
Guy Smith 🇨🇦🏴 - get vaccinated (@CanadianGuy55) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Rogers I’d like to believe that, but I can’t. A huge percentage of takeovers and mergers result in the junior partner in the deal shedding staff at some point. Just give me better, more reliable and affordable service than Shaw, and I’ll be quiet, I promise.
-
Emmet Adriaans (@eadriaans) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaPlease cancel the @rogers wrapped in red event commercial.
-
Evelyn Doll (@EvelynDoll5) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@GppPos1 @Rogers I hear there's still thousands without service, my son's girlfriend being one of them.😡
-
Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@KurtLeavins ... and this, among other reasons, was why I opted not to feed the @Rogers coffers any further with their glitchy @nhl Live. Their substandard technical & customer support both pre & post purchase only add fuel to the fire. #WasteOfMoney
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@SteveThePylon @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers I also used to use Shaw. Had to reboot my modem if I needed to work for an hour without lag. When I called to cancel, they tried to sell me some sort of speed boost service. Nope. They should've just never slowed it down.
-
Mišo (@Mistovski) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@EmceeDusty44 @geniebouchard @Rogers @BoFlows @hallsy09 Damn it, just saw that you beat me to it.

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Techie (@techie_in) reportedWhether AI hasn’t been implemented properly or AI adoption has failed, an increasing number of customer care services are being destroyed by a lack of care and support! This is the second day I've spent over an hour on the phone with my service provider (@Rogers) addressing call-dropping connectivity issues. No one has picked it up yet. Whereas Rogers used to have amazing customer service and calls were getting connected very fast. 😢 I request Rogers to take a look!
-
Matt Goldberg (@MattyGold7) reported@KellyHrudey This sucks! @Rogers sucks. I’ve already cancelled my SN+ and they continue to validate that decision.
-
Mark Candler (@MarkCandler) reported@RogersHelps We've been a customer of yours for 40 years. Spoke with someone 2 months ago to lower the cost. All was done & then 2 months later you raise the price we mutually agreed to. Not Good & I don;t want a text book answer from you. Enough with you reading from your script.
-
DHewitt (@donhewitt15) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Terrible!
-
Lady D (@idhanya) reported@Rogers i’ve been receiving spam emails stating that I have a business account that is over to you. I do not have a business account with Rogers. Somehow my email address is being used, but none of your team is able to help me 1/2
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@ThaLiveKing @RogersHelps All BS lol. They let go almost all of their customer service staff last year and contracted out the work to 3rd world counties which is why their customer service went from the best to the worst out there. After 48 years a recently cancelled all my Roger’s services because of BS
-
Cam (@SpitsLeafsFan) reportedAgain said it before I will keep saying it **** @Rogers @Sportsnet
-
Keith MacInnis (@keithmacinnis) reported@Smileyyeg @Rogers no longer has humans answering the phone :/. I recently upgraded my phone with a save & return option, and mailed them my mint condition used device. I was suppose to get 360$ back. Instead, they rejected my return for water damage, and let me know I would be charged $1,800 for my old device. I’ve disconnected my credit card from Rogers while I try and get in contact with them; it’s so frustrating.
-
🇨🇦mathien17_ (@mathien17_) reported@Rogers Its so frustrating how its so hard to get a hold of them when you have problems with your account but when they call you for promotions and other bullshit they are very quick.
-
Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?
