Hey @RogersHelps why charge customers $10 to swap for an eSIM? I just rejoined your network and it’s crap like this that got me to switch providers originally. @Bell never charged me for this kind of thing. And I could switch online or over the phone too.

The fact that @rogers calls it an "unlimited" plan, and then LIMITS your high speed data after a certain point is absolutely ridiculous. Now they're gonna respond to this tweet trying to tell me I can get a speed pass to access high speed data again but that **** is $7/gb...

@RogersHelps why is it I sign up for receiving texts from someone in the normal sense but to read them I have to subscribe to another service to read them isn't texting the normal way usual practice?!?
