Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

Getting a little tired of being "nickeled and dimed" by @RogersBiz . $4.66 late fee (annual interest is greater than 30%) charged to a 30+ year customer for missing a date by a couple of days ...all while having a temporary overhead cable for months.

  • Goldenhawk09 GoldenHawk09 (@Goldenhawk09) reported

@Rogers twice in a week internet drops mid work day...like come on this is just plain sad. No phone service for hours just a few weeks ago and now unreliable home internet? Supposed to be one of the top providers in the country.

  • roosh90 Reuven Harrouch (@roosh90) reported

@Adl175 @Rogers @RogersHelps Unbelievable that a new customer is going through the ringer to simply have service activated!

  • _shanss 🧚🏾‍♀️ (@_shanss) reported

@Rogers really had us out here for a WHOLE day with no service and said “sorry but here’s a 0.33 cent credit” 🥴🥴🥴

  • krat14 KewinR (@krat14) reported

@RogersHelps terrible service. Internet has been finicky for the past two weeks. I expressed my concerns to two representatives yesterday and they were nonchalant about it. They had no resolutions. Anyone have any other service provider recommendations?

  • AiresReborn Elsa Aires (@AiresReborn) reported

@RogersHelps seems like cable, internet and phone lines are down in my area...can you confirm if you are experiencing service interruptions and where?

  • onthebeach98 Beachy (@onthebeach98) reported

@RogersHelps Do you not have an emergency service department to handle emergency repairs? You have a senior who can’t call 911 if she wanted to. Let me know who I can escalate this to.

  • gameroomfanatic The Game Room (@gameroomfanatic) reported

@RogersHelps my cable internet bill went from $195 to $230 me y’all removed Crave? I ain’t paying for that ****. Hell to the no

  • hallaek Hallae (@hallaek) reported

@RogersHelps I get a text saying service has been restored, and 30 minutes later my internet goes out. We’re all working from home, why is your service constantly going out during the day?

  • JustinIsMayor Justin Nicholls 🦡 (@JustinIsMayor) reported

It’s easy to keep your logo red, and make statements on both, @Rogers. But instead you chose neither, which is a great display of performative activism not working out, so you do nothing.
