    @timandsid would I give $150m of @Rogers money* to George Springer over 5 years? I'm a fan. no doubt in my mind what I'd do. sign him. *a sizeable chunk of this comes from my mobile, cable and (previous) landline accounts over the past 17-yrs as a loyal customer.

    @FuzE_gus @Rogers I switched from Bell years ago to Rogers… Unfortunately they are one in the same! I am experiencing the same problems with Rogers as you did, Loyal customer, for way too many years, means NOTHING to Rogers. Time to move on.

    Another day another @RogersHelps outage. Daily occurrence now. And the answer is we are working on it... 9 days... 9... what happens when school is back next week? Do we just skip learning?

    @RogersHelps can you tell me what is going on..issue with tv service , tech came out yest, referred issue to another grp. Were on our street today (Rogers support person told me) Made the Issue worse and another service call scheduled for tomorrow. But now internet out too!

    on hold with Rogers for 2 hours now to deal with a billing issue. Not to mention that this issue has been ongoing since Nov 9th. This is my 4th call trying to resolve this matter. Will anyone ever look into this poor level of customer service by them? @RogersHelps @CRTCeng

    @RogersHelps I have done this process twice before.....I am done.....I'm tired of you telling me to reset my router.....and I'm tired of having Roger's contracted out people coming to my house and saying they fixed my issue...when nothing changes. You have **** service. Admit it

    @RogersHelps Cant say it enough ...Roger's ignite internet sucks......they promise a speed I get less than half that.....I'm tired of them coming to my house and faking fixing it....my neighbor has Bell fibe....and it works way better.

    @RogersHelps @Riginalredhead Don't bother replying. They feed you garbage and don't fix anything. I've had ongoing problems for a few years off and on. Just waiting for the day I can switch to @Bell fine. Rogers sucks!!
