@DanAlbas Actually it hasn't gone down but I'm getting more for about the same amount. I have 4 lines on my plan and have a pretty good deal with @Rogers who I have been with for some time.

@RogersHelps why is the internet in my area CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY disconnecting? How many more times are you going to say “someone is in your area working on it”? Like seriously…I am about ready to switch to providers as your internet service has been nothing but issues

  • dandradedf Denis Andrade (@dandradedf) reported

Hey @Rogers, today I got an email that I would be charged because I did not meet the Upfront Edge phone program's return requirement. However, I did return it. I am very disappointed with your service! @CCTS_CPRST, Could you help me to solve this problem?

  • Sadra_H06 Sadra H. (@Sadra_H06) reported

@Rogers when are you going to fix the s22 preorder page

  • lexbarz Alex B (@lexbarz) reported

@Rogers Nice to see that Rogers issues rate increases to their customers to pay the interest on the $2B bond issuesd to “restructure” your senior management.

  • DebTood Deborah Tood🌎🇨🇦🇨🇱💡☕️☀️🙋‍♀️ (@DebTood) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. Your Internet service sucks and you won’t do anything about it. We had a 3 day NO #Ignite service in January and now again ! You are unwilling to fix your infrastructure in the City of #Toronto then SAY IT. You constantly LIE.

  • MichelleSwab Michelle Swab (@MichelleSwab) reported

@Rogers database/information infrastructure seems to be so profoundly broken. How am I getting an email about equipment I returned in November 2020 just now?
