    The agent then passed me off to a "technical support" person. This is where @RogersHelps REALLY started to fail. This agent was CLEARLY not reading my messages. Worse, they didn't understand the product they were supporting.

    @RuthKapelus @RogersHelps It might be different in Canada but the lesson learned down in the states is that taking stations and parsing them out to become streaming you’re actually going to pay more in the long run for watching something that I think he would by separating it out

    @RogersHelps @Rogers strikes again. The office internet is down for the umpteenth time and no one responding to direct messages. When will this issue be fixed permanently??

    @Rogers Yeah like everyone else at Rogers you really missed the issue. @CRTCeng I have emailed you to begin a complaint process about a policy change this company implemented but did not communicate to consumers, thanks

    @RogersHelps When you make a billing error... its always the customer been charged "more".. and the customer needs to keep an eye on their bills ... waste their precious time calling you...all the explaining & justifying.... its never the other way around.. :(

    @Rogers I get a call from customer retention. And when I explained why I left and that #Rogers doesn't reward their longtime loyal customers, he hangs up on me. I guess I was right. 🤬
