@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@c0mmon5en5e @RogersHelps Rogers told us we would only get service back when power was restored. That seems to mean they don’t have back up generators out here to keep there service going. Pathetic

@Rogers @SamsungCanada Very disappointed with your service. My wife's Flip 3 cracked along the fold after 9 months and nobody could tell us if it's covered by warranty. Took it to a Samsung authorized repair depot and was told they don't deal with Flip 3. #poorcustomerservice

@RogersHelps ok, my home wifi is the new one with Ignite TV, also I live in a area that was lucky that didn't lose power, so I'm ok. And my phone is a little old (6 years) that using wifi on the phone is almost impossible and very slow, I would need a new phone soon.

@RogersHelps I have done everything I can from changing all the wires and modem. Apparently this is on your end with some main hub in my area. I appreciate the help, but who knows how long this will take to fix.

@Rogers @RogersHelps my home internet is down since yesterday morning and nobody from Rogers is able to tell when the service will be restored back, those outages are now common with Rogers which is really frustrating.

@Rogers When I asked if their ignite modem had 4 ethernet port and told yes by the representative but then set sent one with only 2 ethernet ports and told to deal with it by customer service. Thanks a lot Rogers...

@RogersHelps Talking to retention and they told me legacy modems are still available? Also my main issue is I have to wait nor the equipment to be delivered, my internet is seriously unstable and I work from home. Would like to be able to just swap at store like in the past.
