@Hardcorepips @RogersHelps Yup I got the same response. Long as they have your money they could care less about the quality service they provide. Cities will always be the priority

@RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

@RogersHelps are you really not going to release a full detailed statement as to why the network is down, what is being done to fix the problem and the time we can expect the network to be fixed? There should be more updates than 2 or 3 tweets in the past 16 hours. unbelievable.

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo So useless. You keep disconnecting with me when I try to contact an agent. You do provide a timeline or any details about this issue. You also put a message in the chat operator where it says that if I don't reply back to a bot, it will disconnect me from being to connect... WTF

Rogers is making it pretty much impossible to provide appropriate virtual care today in the middle of a pandemic. Thanks for further compromising patient care and providing no information or support #rogersoutage @Rogers @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I expect to see a credit applied on my next bill for this outage. As others mentioned, it's not intermittent and affects our livelihoods. Make it right, Rogers.

@RogersHelps Some form of email communication would be greatly appreciated, instead of looking for updates on social media. There are millions of us working at home because of the #pandemic and are counting on at least information regarding issues of service...
