@RogersBiz seriously your customer service is the worst . You can’t ever get through on the phone lines . I changed my connection just because I couldn’t reach anyone to help with my relocation . I am struggling to get this cancelled at this point . Its been a painful experience

@TeriHart @Rogers OK so it seems like its the tv. Check the settings to see if its connected to your network. or check your Rogers wifi hub to see if the tv is connected.

@fem11 @stephenlautens @Rogers 2 calls from Rogers today on my home phone within 10 minutes for TV/Internet. They won't stop. One was really rude. Going to cancel my 4 Rogers cell phones and switch to Bell. Will also cancel Bell home phone. Tired of spam calls from Rogers when I keep telling them to stop.

@RogersHelps I’m trying to login but it keeps saying my username doesn’t exist. I never changed my username login information and don’t know why I can’t get into my account. I also tried to create a new account (says my email is in use) , and resetting my password.
