    @RogersHelps We don’t need 5G or a blanket excuse. We need full bar LTE or to drop our monthly bills to $25 a month to match the garbage service we receive. Do better.

    @RogersHelps The rogers network in ottawa is still a mess. At least a 1/3 of the websites I try to visit won't load and the other 2/3 load slowly or take multiple tries. Fix your ****.

    Our ignite TV is still absolutely awful pretty much unwatchable on most channels! What exactly is 100% restored mean to you 🙄 This is beyond ridiculous we pay so much money for these services! Dying to see what kind of credit we’re getting 🙄 @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Your TV service is not working properly, at least in some areas! The picture is freezing, sound is intermittent and the picture goes black! Nobody answers customers, just same old message from Friday!

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV is still not working properly. The audio is in and out and the picture freezes or goes black. It is happening all the time. Why am I paying for the service if I can’t use it?
