@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you guys are charging me hell lot of money every month. You are the most expensive carrier in canada. I really want to get out from your contract and want to switch to @RogersBiz or any other carrier who are much cheaper than you& provide same quality network

@RogersHelps I would appreciate that. Like I said, I'm in Guelph. I can't get my tv to turn on and stay on, and then it starts to download again, every time. My co-tenant got hers on and can get MSNBC but nothing else. Is this just us or a general outage?

@RogersHelps No cable internet service in Richmond Hill for 3d day since Monday. Can't call Rogers directly as I am Teksavvy customer - TS have ticket with Rogers, but cannot provide any ETA or info about magnitude/nature of the problem. Funny enough this coincides with local election ..

@Rogers I have tried to deal with the CSR on the phone and I know they are following their script, but someone needs to really look at the nodes or someway to keep them warm as it is 💯 a temperature issue. Not my cable to my house as it was changed and rechecked recently...

@RogersHelps fix this problem. It's getting ridiculous at this point. At this point might as well swap to a different provider that will give me what we pay for lmao.
