@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@fanCRTCProfling @Rogers It's a combination of lack of network investment, and gross incompetence. It seems you have to be at least so incompetent in order to get a job working for @Rogers maintaining their network.... At least from my experience.

How is it fair that they can fix their customers problems or negotiate better terms? How does teksavvy survive under these conditions? Need someone to explain
