@RogersHelps I hate complaining to u guys all the time but your chat feature is terrible. They refuse to help. Can we talk thru twitter when u have a moment.

  • mikechabot416 Mike Chabot (@mikechabot416) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

Dear @RogersHelps, you remember that massive internet/phone outage a few weeks back, where you said our next bills would have a five day credit applied? (Which doesn’t begin to solve things) I just got my next bill, and shocker no credit #RogersIsGarbage #InternetOutage

  • JordanX_97 Jordan (@JordanX_97) reported

Love it how @Rogers thinks that we are going to pay our bills this month after this mass bs outage, not paying a dime 👎🏻

  • eugene_rosos EuGeNeRoSoS 🇨🇦 (@eugene_rosos) reported

@RogersHelps Is there a known service issue for customers in Grand Bend @LambtonShores ? I'm experiencing noticeably slow mobile data service since the outage of July 8.

@RogersHelps cell coverage along the Trans Canada highway around Lake Superior absolutely SUCKS!!!

  • Andrei_3 Drei (@Andrei_3) reported

@RogersHelps why do I have to wait in hold for over an hour now instead of you guys calling me when my turn comes in line? By far worst support ever

  • KingBeebo King BeeBo (@KingBeebo) reported

Customer service @RogersHelps is so bad they should run for city council. So many false promises.

  • elXavi_sistemas Javi (@elXavi_sistemas) reported

@RogersHelps What’s going on with the residential internet service?

  • tweetermaven Tweeter Maven (@tweetermaven) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite TV service has been intermediately freezing up on my smart TV all day. However watching Ignite TV on my laptop PC is fine. Any thoughts?

  • WillontheRadio ʙɪɢ ᴡɪʟʟ🏴‍☠️ (@WillontheRadio) reported

.@Sportsnet We get it. You're just going to keep airing "plays of the month" for the 300th time this week. @Rogers record profits.. And you keep airing the same low budget crap.

  • immabasshead Al (@immabasshead) reported

@TroyLloyd12 @Rogers If you buy phones outright and/or have unlocked phones on hand, I recommend Public Mobile to many if 3G speed on a 4G network is acceptable. Been using them for several years with 4 numbers and enjoying the discounts that add up. Cheaper/better than chatr and Fido too.
