    It would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers After 10 years of being a satisfied loyal Rogers customer it looks like I will be jumping to Bell. $50 package increase and no explanation or adjustment. Bell came in much cheaper while offering more.

    @RogersHelps your support staff Anchit with employee ID 12063267 has changed my SSID without authorization and now I can’t connect to my home internet. When I call I’m asked to be on hold for 1.5 to 2.5 hours? #TerribleService

    @MollyMiksa @Rogers Maybe Rogers customers need to organize to get better deals and better service. My last call to update our cable took over three hours. My neighbour had the same experience.
