Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

    Just opened my @Rogers bill, and to my surprise, I’ve been charged a $99 “Equipment Removal Fee” for my Smart Home Monitoring service. This fee was never communicated to me, @RogersHelps.
