    @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Was having same problem. Dis some googling and found that if you use the ignite hub on your phone and "restart the gateway' that seemed to help - worth a try anyway

    @RogersHelps I know will be ratio'd. No existing Rogers residential or business customer was forced from legacy cable to Ignite or to bundle everything with them with no back-up. If the credit offer is unfair, negotiate with them later. We can learn from this.

    @ElizaJ123 @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Rogers is one of the bigger Companies! My company gave me a month free for uTube buffering!! I would never deal with Rogers! Tlk about cheap!! They can afford a month free and still be making money! ATMs, Banking, Personal! So glad there is a lawyer involved now, it will change!

    @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps This is exactly the problem I am having with my TV. Unfortunately, this is not completly new with Rogers. I can stream and watch Netflix or Disney+ but not Rogers TV without all these glitches. What gives?

    @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Are you kidding me!! One of the biggest companies, 2 days! I’m glad to say lm not with them. The company l am with has given me 1mth, no pymt for uTube buffering 3 nights in a row!! Tlk about being cheap especially when many ATM machines and Banks shut down for 3 days BS!!

    @Mystic_Gogeta @MsJLopez @RogersHelps So you're saying it's fine that this happened and we should just shrug it off when we not only pay for this service but it significantly impacted and crippled businesses and emergency, not just regular people with cell phones. 🙄 You just let people walk all over you don't you?

    @JohnHansenCa @RogersHelps Up until recently I‘be been getting 220-498Mbps down and 9-21.5 up. Same equipment for the last two years.

    I'm not a @Rogers customer - I had to spend an hour on transit to get to a bank branch so I could go to the hospital for in-person therapy because my hospital based therapist had no access to internet or phone service 🙃

    @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Same problem here in Hamilton , tv is intermittent as internet signal is terrible . I can watch Netflix , Disney+ and Prime though with zero issues .
