Hey @Rogers do better at upgrading customers that have been with you 25 years. Appalling treatment at your Peterborough location. Fail at #customerexperience

@RogersHelps Im with cannet which utilizes your network infrastructure. My modem is fine, it's on your network. Check the comments on the rogers page of the down detector site, I'm not the only one with constant connection issues.

@J_oN_C @RogersHelps I purchased mine through the NHL APP (Google Play) and when I was able to login it kept prompting me to purchase it again. It's obviously something on their end, tired of hearing they'll help.

Hey @Sportsnet and @Rogers - get SN Now together. I pay for your internet and this service and the resolution and connection are both trash.

One hour and 8 minutes on hold with Rogers. It’s a record. This past 8 days I’ve lost 8 hours of my life on hold that I will never get back. There has to be a better company @RogersHelps

@Rogers has us on hold for an hour and a half then hangs up on us. I love how a company that is known for being under resourced and having terrible customer service forces you to call customer service instead of visiting a store to do business cause they don't do that in store...

@J_oN_C @RogersHelps I was refunded for that purchase and tech told me to purchase directly from the NHL Live website on my laptop. No success there either and can't login via my laptop any longer. Customer service is atrocious. Lots of comments in the App store.

@RogersHelps I need some help. My bill is a good $80 more than it should be. I had my smart hub replaced by a tech but no one mentioned a charge for it?

@_rallycap Ha! On Sunday afternoon the customer service representative in the @Rogers store told me to step outside the Rogers store and call Rogers. When I pointed out that I couldn't because my phone was broken and asked to borrow a phone, the response was no.
