    Wanna give a big shout-out to @RogersHelps for the $2.81 bill credit for their 15 hour outage yesterday. FYI, they made $1.59 billion in profits last year and Canadians continue to pay some of the highest rates for cell service in the world.

    @gilloism @Rogers I thought the whole idea of the internet ("inter-network") was to have multiple paths and redundant routers so that there was no single point of failure that could bring down the network.

    It must have been hard for all the folks @rogers trying to talk to each other on their own phones during the outage. How did they do that? How would they know what numbers to call?
