    @RogersHelps why is my Shaw cable box suddenly not working? I have currently spent the last 30min restarting my box over and over along with my modem. Everything was just find and suddenly the whole thing just froze for no reason.

    @RogersHelps She refused to accept my American Express as one of the credit cards for my credit check she refused to accept my expired health card even with an email from service Canada showing its renewal because it wasn’t printed and made the entire disaster feel like it was my fault

    @RogersHelps It was abundantly clear what I wanted to do that day, and if she had told me what I would need to do that from the minute, I walked in and had clarified that half of what I wanted to do was not possible at that location I would have never started dealing with her

    @RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?
