Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

@rogers you gotta be kidding me. It took me 5 months to get a wrong Upfront edge charge off my bill and now I've received an email that I'll get charged again because you never received the phone which isn't due until April 2022? This is stupidity at its best.

@MBGov Just so you know, I never received the alert on my brand new Apple Iphone 11. I reached out to @RogersHelps but they said it was probably an issue or choice on your end. They don’t seem to care on their end. Thanks.
