Hey @AirCanada I just reached out to @RogersHelps and they got back to me within 15 minutes... that’s how large company’s show they care about the consumers that make them millions a year. #aircanada going on 5 days with no support!

@Rogers I’ve been on hold for over 3 hours to change my internet+tv plan. I tried to do it online and was unsuccessful and the live chat was not available. I have to leave now to go to the hospital to see my dad and I’ve wasted my day off. Not impressed with your ‘service’ 😒
