If anyone is with @Rogers as their phone carrier check your bills. For the past 2 months they added, without my consent or knowledge, add-ons to my data plan. They refuse to credit me the add-on they added. Is this how you show loyalty to a customer who’s been with you for 15yrs?

@RogersHelps I’m on hold right now, waiting for a technician to help me set up Rogers Ignite internet TV. My question: WHY do you subject your on-hold customers to that horrific out-of-tune fiddle music? It was taped so long ago that it sounds distorted.

@Rogers @Fidomobile what a joke its making you feel better by giving your customers a credit to the equivalent of 1 day? The day we had no service anyway? Do you think your clients are happy about the 1 day credit that may be only $2-$3 per...yet alot of people lost more (1of2)

@RogersHelps #rogers What happens to those seniors who are on fixed incomes when Rogers phases out their cable services and forces them to purchase internet and tv that they can’t afford. Left with overpaying for a service they won’t use nor afford . #shameful
