@RogersHelps how do I get forced into converting to Ignite TV and get charged a $61 installation fee and a $29 fee for converting on top of that? To make matters worse, my service was cut off in the middle of a work day after scheduling a move.

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Dave, the company that sends you the bill for your service is responsible for your service. In this case it sounds like Teksavvy is the ‘throat to choke’. Yes, they are a reseller but it’s still their job to coordinate with Rogers on your behalf. You’re their customer.

@RogersHelps service continues to be slow-to-out in our east york place all day. We were told 8 hours ago service people would look into outages in our area but so far - no improvement. This needs to be fixed promptly or we should be compensated for the lack of access.

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps I don’t work at Rogers, never have. But it’s fair to say I’m not a fan of resellers. They profit off the price difference between what you pay them and the wholesale price they pay to Rogers. They try to confuse good folks like you when things go wrong. Hold them to account.
