@Rogers Worst marketing ad ever... your customers here, and I am one also, seem pretty unhappy but that’s what happens in a monopoly environment.

@RogersHelps Internet out AGAIN Started 9.00 last night. How am I supposed to work from home with the internet continually going down? It's every two weeks recently, outages over 24 hrs. Rogers, a third rate company.

@NightShiftMD I know how you feel. This week:1) Abscessed molar-requires root canal. 2) billing issues with @RogersHelps -impossible to speak to a human 3) City Of Toronto messed up my property tax bill for the first time in 16 years. Also no way to speak to a human.

@Rogers I lived in TO for a few years, leaving in 2019, and had Rogers service during that time. Service outages, ridiculously high pricing became features rather than bugs! Moved back West and resumed with Shaw. Surprise, surprise....no issues at all! Your Co. is a joke! 😟

Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

@Rogers da **** is going on with my LTE? I can’t load any apps. I love that I pay you guys $345 dollars every month for only 2 cellphones and this is the quality services I get. I’ll definitely be going to @TELUS in May 2022. I had to use wifi to tweet this lmao

@Rogers What's the deal with poor to zero cell service in the Riverside South area of Ottawa? I pay far too much monthly to get no service. What am I paying for? What's the plan to fix this? You're giving refunds to those that pay a premium and don't even get 3G right?
