    @Rogers ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, 6 LINES WITH THEM PLUS WIRELESS INTERNET. 3 WEEKS AGO PURCHASED SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA.. ITS 100% A LEMON AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT? LITERALLY FAULTY CELL PHONE AND THEY HAVE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND

    Another Bloody @Rogers internet outage. Since that's what I get through @TekSavvyCSR may have to ditch them and jump to @Bell. I hate losing 15 years with a comapny but this happens far too frequently and is now affecting my work.

    @TheLetterJj @Rogers Yes. In Ottawa, all day. 5-10 sec long TOTAL internet dropouts every few min, intermittent longer outages with modem blinking red, and now Ignite TV doesn't work at all just in time for MLB playoffs. Don't bother with the DMs they accomplish nothing. And it's not your router.

    not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

    @RogersHelps one of your employees cancelled my cable while trying to cancel another service and now no one seems to know how to turn it back on. I sat on hold for 90 minutes tonight being transferred to different departments and then my call was dropped.

    @Rogers can you send a noise expert to my neighbour? we've had two techs and a noise expert to see us and our internet is still atrocious. service degradation lines up with when they moved in (they're on rogers)
