    @RogersHelps @scooby_wq Will this virtual service work for those for customers on smaller ISPs in your network? Waking up to no internet still and it went out around 9pm last night.

  • imymulla Imtiyaz Mulla (@imymulla) reported

    @RogersHelps How about an ETA on resolution? How about a public statement telling us what areas are affected?

  • GrgRyAlln GA (@GrgRyAlln) reported

    @Vatsal_Indian @RogersHelps @Rogers ‘Oh no!’ Like they threw their hands up in the air in shock to hear that there was an issue. The fake concern drives me crazy

  • mikegervais Mike Gervais (@mikegervais) reported

    .@RogersHelps will we be compensated for your ****** Sportsnet Now service we lost last night? It’s honestly the worst service I’ve ever used. It’s a damn shame you’re holding NHL fans in Canada hostage. We want Game Center back.

  • ThorncliffeTO Friends of Thorncliffe Park (@ThorncliffeTO) reported

    @RogersHelps, many residents of #Thorncliffe in #Toronto have been without Internet, cable, and home phone service since last night, Friday, January 27th. Can you provide an update for when service will be restored? Thank you. #TOpoli

  • sweetkeet Heather R. (@sweetkeet) reported

    @aitsfni @Rogers Same thing happening with a lot of TV channels. Apparently, a fibre cable was cut. A few of my channels have been restored since they went off at 8:45 last night, but there's a long way to go, and TVO is making a horrible sound. It's affecting other Rogers services too.

  • Sai_Artz Sai 🔞 🇨🇦 || Comms open! (8/10) (@Sai_Artz) reported

    @Rogers keeps pedaling their ****** service to my husband and me. Phone calls, door to door sales people, mail etc. What part of no doesn't mean no? When we were with them, they pushed for us to switch our cell phones. Constant calls to get the service. I constantly refused

  • JohnSterne John Sterne (@JohnSterne) reported

    @REWoman @Rogers 1/ I agree 100% I also think that it's insane for our regulators to approve any level of further mergers, acquisitions or consolidations within the CDN wireless communication market. It's an anti-competitive Oligopoly now. Bad for Business, bad for consumers.

  • Greg_Tolan ☺Greg Tolan☺ (@Greg_Tolan) reported

    Rogers Ignite absolutely sucks for recording sports events. Two days in a row I recorded a tennis match and when I sat down to watch it cut it off before the match had ended. WTF? Do you have an explanation @RogersHelps?

  • sweetkeet Heather R. (@sweetkeet) reported

    @RogersHelps @CindyRossi77 A bunch of my digital and analog-to-digital channels vanished at 8:45 Friday night. Many are still off or poor in North York: TVO (horrible sound), TFO, History, Vision, OLN, WTN, YTV, TOON, among others. ETA for a fix? It's YOUR system; same outage pattern as last year.
