    @RogersHelps My #rogersignitetv is still very choppy, no sound or picture freezes this has been happening every 3 minutes during a program. When should I expect service to resume and what compensation are you giving those of us who are still dealing with this?

    @RogersHelps , everyone in my neighborhood with Rogers is complaining about the same TV problems since service was "restored". Video keeps freezing and audio keeps cutting in and out. When will it be fixed and will we get reimbursed for this additional loss of service.

    Why is my TV still freezing and the sound dropping @RogersHelps ??!! It’s been three days of this and now it’s not working at all!!! Totally frozen or channel not available. Unacceptable service. It better be a big credit you’re giving us. #Rogers

    Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps my service is still freezing with no sound intermittently it’s only been 4 days now plus I am still waiting for my previous 3 open tickets to get fixed from a week and a half ago…🤯🤯🤯

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV working great an hour ago. Turn it on now and I can't get some channels to connect and when they do they're constantly freezing or the sound is cutting out. This is so damn frustrating. There better be more than 2 days credit coming!
