@RogersHelps hey Rogers. I am having issues with my internet. It is somewhat working but it also doesn’t load a lot of stuff. Is there an outrage? I am in the lakeshore Leslie Toronto area.

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps You chose to buy your services through a reseller so you have to live with the complications. If you want more accountability then subscribe directly with a network provider. They might still screw up the appt but at least they know who you are and will take your call.

@UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps I don’t work at Rogers, never have. But it’s fair to say I’m not a fan of resellers. They profit off the price difference between what you pay them and the wholesale price they pay to Rogers. They try to confuse good folks like you when things go wrong. Hold them to account.

@RogersHelps Is there an internet outage in the Etobicoke area? Mine has been dropping several times a day over the past few weeks but now it's lasting much longer than the last. It's making work very tough.
