@leckie_sean @Maple__Pirate @RogersHelps More like $7 in the case of my family. My wife and daughter were on the road today and this outage was not only inconvenient but a safety issue. Yes, they should automatically credit everyone 1/30 of their normal monthly charges. Or give an equivalent amount after tax to charity.

@xHarveyKiddx @alex521366 @RogersHelps I mean, usually when you pay for a service and don’t get that survive compensation is due.

@RogersHelps @CityNews Hi- I get that **** happens, but what’s the response here? Services=not rendered, so if I went to a resto, ordered a steak, & didn’t get it, would I pay for it? Looking forward to a credit on my acct (would be gr8 if it just appeared without me calling, waiting, escalating it...)

@RogersHelps @Rogers We all deserve a days rebate for this inconvenience. It truly is an inconvenience. It’s 6:16 pm in Alberta and still have no service. There is no excuse for this.
