@Rogers So many angry tweets I had to delete. @Rogers you really need to do better. I spent over an hour on your website waiting for a "live representative" to simply ask to upgrade my internet plan, he accidentally closed our chat, now 3h17m on hold on your phone line. **** you.

@Rogers I feel like Oliver Twist over here. Charging your long time valued customer 166$ a month for 500mbps when 5x faster 2.5gbps plan is 141$ a month and 500mbps costs 118$. Please Sir, can I have some more bandwidth? Can you answer your phone? 2+ hours is a long time to be on hold.

Well @RogersHelps, in the middle of a power outage and guess what, cell service went down once again. Switching to a more reliable provider next month. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

@Rogers Keep in mind this 2h35m phone call is in addition to the upwards of 60 minutes I spent on your websites live help chat that was accidentally cancelled.. It's basically been 4 hours of your terrible elevator music playing

@Rogers Charging me almost 40$ a month extra is enough of an insult but what bothered me the most is your customer service, as I spent more than 60 minutes awaiting a polite request online to simply change my service plan to the 2.5 Gbps version which I could provide screenshots of /4

@paulsingh18 @RogersHelps Sorry to hear it. Was it related to a power outage or something else due to the weather?
