@HILITINGHOCKEY @Rogers @Sportsnet The problem with capitalism is that eventually a few rich ******* and their corporations will own everything … … and then they will fleece us for all they can Adam Smith warned against the power of monopolies but talk like that is considered “communism” today

@westcoastgirl1 @Rogers I wouldn’t switch, horrific customer service. Try getting in touch with a real person, not in a chat session, completely impossible

@RogersHelps my daughter’s phone was stolen. I bought the premium device protection plan. I keep getting sent to Chatbots that don’t work, phone lines that keep hanging up on me, or partner websites likewize that don’t actually work. How on earth can I get a human being to help?

@JayGenXer @Rogers Try live chat. I think you get a person that can actually communicate in English. Most allow you to print out the entire chat at the end & you can yell at your screen if they say something stupid without worry. Only way I do it now. Faster too.

Now. how ******** I have a confirmed email and a shipped email, and the order doesn't exist? @rogers Cool. I call now and finally get someone on the phone. He says the order never happened, let him redo it for me. OK

@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!

@princessrica84 @Sportsnet @Rogers Unfortunately, this market can't sustain sports radio. I don't think there is enough fan support. We have seen it fail 3 times already. Maybe someone will do something to fill the void.

@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.
