    Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

    @Rogers worse phone support ever … waited over 25min to speak to a live person . This is what happens when companies get to big and they don’t give sh*t about service ….. @Bell is definitely a better option .

    @RogersHelps Why am I not surprised. You guys are not Rogers helps. Trust me Rogers does not help. They transfer you and transfer you until you get fed up. Especially when they transfer a promotion half way through and you have an email to prove the promotion. You guys are horrible.

    @RogersHelps Sorry but it’s too late. The been a mobile customer for over 25 years. I called twice to get Rogers a chance to save my business and in both cases there was no interest in matching the prices of Bell. I also found out I’ve been doubled charged for a service over 18 mnths.
