Rogers Issues Reports Near Wheatley, Ontario

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wheatley and nearby locations:

  • DezanSocial Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

  • chrisstoneburg Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, Ontario

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

@Rogers this is absurd! We changed providers to you recently and regret this. We never had a problem with bell. We need phones for business & it’s unacceptable

  • faisal9051911 Faisal A (@faisal9051911) reported

@Rogers better be crediting a lot of accounts with this outage. My business relies on my phone working!

  • JasseyLee J a s m i n e 💫 (@JasseyLee) reported

@RogersHelps is the absolute worst cellular provider in Canada especially when it comes to customer support. Y’all are the FIRST ones to come for our necks when we’re a day behind on a bill but can’t even give the courtesy of letting customers know your service is down.

  • Allyson38012863 Allyson (@Allyson38012863) reported

@RogersHelps don't lie to your customers... Your almost as bad as @fordnation this IS NOT AN INTERMITTENT OUTAGE. I have had no service since 2am..... @Rogers just lost another customer

  • lola_1900 lola (@lola_1900) reported

@RogersHelps IT👏IS👏NOT👏SOME👏. Quickly would imply that it’s not going to take longer than 16 hours for “some” of your customers. It’s not an “inconvenience” this is a god damn plaque. It’s cool though, the families FaceTiming their loved ones dying really appreciate your apologies.

  • vivek_vig VIVEK VIG (@vivek_vig) reported
