@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps We’ve been there, we’ve done that. If senior management had reviewed the account and called, I wouldn’t have expressed my dismay but they didn’t. My guess is you can figure out from this, the account in question. I know the agents care, it’s management that doesn’t give a ****!

@RogersHelps in 6 days I have experienced 7 outages, some lasting for 7 hrs. No ignite services. Right now there is an outage in the neighborhood. Very very poor service from Rogers. Technician came out today, changed some HW and assured me all good.

@Rogers your 5G speeds are concerning. Paying hundreds for an upgrade only to have your internet spreads drastically reduced is extremely dishonest. When will the paying customers get the service they are paying for?

@adamschoales @Rogers I got the same email and all I can say is that it “sucks”. This fall I was thinking about upgrading my cellphone and transferring my service to Rogers, but not now, and am also considering taking my home phone, and internet somewhere else too.

@Rogers service from Rogers continues to get worse, what is replacing the Rogers anyplace tv app? I just got an email that it’s going away on October 10. This app helped me when I wasn’t home. The CRTC excuse is BS. If you cared about what the CRTC wanted, rates would be lower,

@Rogers day 4 no internet! No matter how many times I call no one can explain why keep getting told we are working on it should be up tommorow, next day same thing... Sucks been with yall few years now and this is pushing me to switch providers.
