  • chrisstoneburg Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, Ontario

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

  • DezanSocial Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@RogersHelps This is not intermittent, Phones are not connecting to the network and just show bars, No 4G, LTE, 5G. All services for mobile are not working: Call, Text, Data. Amazing on a Monday morning, wonder how much this will cost me along with other small businesses.

  • Tkijiji1 Tkijiji (@Tkijiji1) reported

@RogersHelps This is b.s, we pay way more...are gaureteed certain speeds then have to deal with service interruptions constantly...something needs to be done.

  • Firegod1977 Jeff Ryan (@Firegod1977) reported

@RogersHelps @ShaunBrandon81 Well the apology is great, A added data increase or refund for loss of service would be better.

@xoiiiafrateee @Rogers I hung up because I only noticed it when I left my house and now that I have service via Wi-Fi I see that it is widespread so no use in me clogging up the phone lines
