Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...
-
Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, OntarioEven 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps Been there, done that. It’s easy to solve - reset the router several times a day which is of course unacceptable. Funny thing is that I never had an issue before Rogers took over Shaw.
-
Repenix (@Repenix) reported@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.
-
Dman (@mcmanus17) reported@RogersHelps The first time I reached out I was told it was an outage in our area. The other two times the service restored before I could connect to an agent.

a (@shynewsguy) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply, I appreciate you! Issue is resolved now. Please provide feedback to Roger's that if a client's services are down, the client needs to be informed. Rogers outage map was not working and no info from phone/chat support or AI Anna. Customers left in the dark
-
Max Adams (@MasTaherazar) reported@Rogers hanging up on clients and jacking up fees. This shaw merger has ruined what was good about shaw and brought everything that was terrible about rogers to the west coast.
-
Kerina (@kerina_14) reported@RogersHelps I've been trying to do this since May 14. Instead my plan automatically changed and my new bill is over 100$ more. Its not working and when I try and contact someone to make the change the chat ends or drops just as they are about to change it. Funny coincidence
-
Jason Hoffman (@EMSIJason) reported@RogersHelps I only have 1 system for TV. It is not a recent event, the channel always has been poor quality video.
