@Rogers @RogersHelps why is my internet down again did you not learn from the last time? I'm going to drop you for bell very soon if this continues maybe even today...maybe the guy you fired wasn't the issue

  • VenLove_ VenLove (@VenLove_) reported

@RogersHelps @Fidomobile FYI although you said you are proactively crediting customers for the outage at a value of 3 days, my recent bill is not reflecting this. Am I surprised? No. Do I have to call in and waste over an hour on hold now? Yes. Another Fail? It never ends.

  • TheBrandStrat Yogi (@TheBrandStrat) reported

@RogersHelps How does this help @Rogershelps? My sincere apologies for the delay in replying to your message. As an offline team we answer all messages sequentially so response time can vary depending on the volume of messages we get and from time to time there is a bit of a longer delay

Today is @Rogers 's deadline to submit answers to @CRTCeng 's detailed questions on the Internet outage that recently stranded millions of Canadians. Rogers told @CBCNews they'll let CRTC post the answers. And the CRTC tells us....they'll do that on Monday. #cdnpoli
