    @RogersHelps I'm paying $350/mth for your garbage service to begin with and not I'm out a days wage because I use my phone for work and have no other option. You need to make this right. Time to bite the bullet and give us something back for this

    @RogersHelps @Rogers How about some more information than "we're aware"! After 8+ hours you should know what the issue is and have an approx. time to get the system back up. I'd like to know what your definition of "regular updates" is. This is ridiculous!

    Oh, @Rogers is going to have a great afternoon, I will call tomorrow, they should automatically just credit everyone for a day of service because I can't even work right now. We are too dependent on technology I hate it.
