Finally, I called @Bell to cancel service on 1st May and requested @Rogers for a new connection. They were kind enough to understand that we need to work & they sent us modem in a day & on Monday before noon we got wifi working. Hassle free process and great service by @Rogers.

Well @Rogers thanks again! 2 min left in the season finale of chicago PD and the net goes out again... 3 times a day for 2 years, over 50 calls and still happens every day- 3 times! Quality service at its worst.

Hey @Rogers I’m really not a fan of having no internet during a pandemic because of a screw up on your end. We work and learn entirely at home. 2 days for a “quick fix” is unacceptable. @RogersHelps

. @RogersHelps I’m very frustrated with the change over to the Ignite Wifi Hub. It has broken AirPlay, HandOff and even phone calls. Warning to all considering a conversion to IgniteTV with Internet. It doesn’t appear that Rogers Tech support can even help/

@RogersHelps seems like we pay for your service to not run. Always going down with major outages, what is going on?

@RogersHelps all day your service has been the antithesis of usable. I spent all morning adjusting my network settings just to connect to receive text messages and now boom the network just disappeared AGAIN!
