    @RogersHelps Rogers conned my 80 yo mom into getting ignite & lied to me when I asked about home phone usage if the Internet went down when I explained that my parents need 911 access for health reasons. They are safe but I will be demanding you give them back their hard wired landline.

    28 hours later and @rogers outage continues. Don’t believe their bullshit that majority of customers are back online. @rogers just joined the club next to Air Canada as worst Canadian companies/monopolies to exist.

    @abidbutt @Rogers @RogersHelps You moron. 911 did not work, interac and card services were down too. We had to make a payment which we could not. I dnt use rogers for home wifi but my banking was down.
