@Rogers why has my TV & Internet package been canceled for no reason? I did not request cancelation nor do I have money owing. Your support team told me 6 hours ago they would text me when fixed but nothing so far and your telephone support right now states 2.5 hr wait time..👀💀

@RogersHelps I try my best to deal with your inconsistencies but tonight's enough. For the last 4 hours in the L7A area code we have had no internet. I am redirected to a page saying my coax cable may not be plugged in etc. It abruptly happened 4 hours ago and never came back.

@RogersHelps I have placed two calls over the last 2 weeks to get help with my crappy internet service and it has still not been resolved - perfect time to switch providers I think - I’m done with the “monitoring it”

@Rogers @coraliew I'm not surprised. You took my data away while on the highway, I lost GPS, I missed a surgeon appt I've waited 3yrs for. But yet you harrass me with no lockdown credit for when we're paying for mobile data we cannot use. My data is not working. My modem runs at 79mbps. Do better

Hey @RogersHelps Why do your reps suck at explaining my bill? Also, why do they cause problems on my bill that force me to call in and find out that they suck at explaining the problems on my bill that they created? You owe me $80 and two hours of my life back
