@RogersHelps Do you have service reps calling and offering discounts? I got a call from 416 532-4106

@REWoman @Rogers I just switched to rogers 5g internet. Did it through an actual sales rep who put signs up. Left me with his email and cell phone number if there are any issues. So far so good, but having a contact may be usefull in future.

@Rogers I just got hung up on while trying to buy from you. Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Must be nice to have that much business. @Bell are you busy?

@RogersHelps I can't check my account online. The request was originally made by my previous provider, and only a matter of days later, I changed to Rogers. I am 100% convinced now that despite that crew being told not to cancel the work order, they did anyway, so now I have to chase you guys

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)

Watching Global News tonight, I see that @Rogers is still allowing fraudsters to access customer accounts. In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didn’t care. Said it wasn’t fraud.

@RogersHelps I’m still on hold as I’m typing this. The WiFi is bad at the front of the house even though we have the router right in the middle of our house. My Google camera is constantly losing connection and my daughter is always looking for a different place in the house for WiFi Pods?

@tuesday7595 @Rogers @globalnews Mare subsidies? They now outsource customer service and sales to India. They're shutting down radio stations. They've priced themselves out of the market?

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Rogers reinstate for another day please. Indian sim is also not working right now. I need some kind of network.

On the phone with @Rogers for over 30 minutes trying to figure out wtf the British open isn’t on my tv. What an absolute screw up ONCE AGAIN! Can the @CRTCeng help us out with this bullshit?
