Then hangs up on me. It’s been 2 months now I can never get through 611. I can only get through the chat through the app

Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.
