Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.

The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening. It has ruined TV for her.

Now it's another phone call and a wait..WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE?? You're supposed to be a communications company and you SUCK at it. You NEVER follow up...
