If a cell’s location is turned on or if the 911 had Caller ID automatically for all calls received by 911 that it could register the # of the calls, no? KR

And after an hour of waiting for “Lloyd” to come back I was on the phone with a woman who just hung up on me from @Rogers Customer Care… I will be cancelling all three lines and my home services. An absolute waste of 10 hours over 3 months! Rogers needs to be cancelled! Period!

I spent, what I call a full ‘work day’ +, most of it on hold. Transferred to the wrong places and it is still not right. I have a contract, for now.
