@HamiltonPolice @HPSActionUnit @Rogers U would think w/cellular phones around 4 years now & technology advances, there would be a solution to this serious dilemma. If a cell’s location is turned on or if the 911 had Caller ID automatically for all calls received by 911 that it could register the # of the calls, no? KR

@RogersHelps highly disappointed by the worst service of Rogers , a guy from rogers entered our property and put someone else connection in our box and broke ours. Complaining from 6 hours, no help and we are suffering because of #rogers mistake.

@RogersHelps My rogers net stoped noon 2day and I saw cable goin 2 nxt 2 nxt house. trespased my house n aftr caling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, n some guy will fix tomrow at noon caled me at 6pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton

The rogers guy tresspassed our property and put someone else commectiom and cut ours. Cslled many many times, no one sent any one to resolve. They send third party men who takes bribes n do all sort of bad like trespassing etc. @RogersHelps @cityoftoronto @cityofhamilton

Few years ago I had multiple ignorance encounters with them, their call centres and the service managers have zero service attitude, it was like pulling teeth to get payment issues resolved. #rogers 👎🏽

This caused such a disaster, and if it happens again, I bet it will be longer and cause more issues.
