    @REWoman @Rogers We switched two weeks ago. $50 less a month for Internet. 4.5 hours on hold yo cancel with Rogers. They are the worst

    @plebeian_dr @Mentok999 @RogersHelps Nope, just the lack of redundancy that allows this issue to impact this many this widely. Networks should route around problems to minimize those effected

    24 hours without internet, no active communication and if you go digging through forums they'll lie about resolution times. 10pm, no 11pm, no 2am... I can't wait to cancel this bullshit @RogersHelps and what a joke twitter handle.

    @Rogers why would you do random maintenance on the internet lines on a Tues? Do you not realize that kids aren't in school and parents are working from home? We all rely heavily on internet service. Maintain the line on a weekend when there is less necessary demand #rogersfail

    @GunterNine @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST Then use the billions of dollars to upgrade in my case they say my neighborhood node is congested but are doing little to fix it. What do they care as long as the money rolls in. It's criminal they charge full price when they know there is an issue
