    Unsure why @AppleSupport is taking so long to fix.  Apparently it’s widely known as an issue.  Kinda feel bad for @RogersHelps - if only they had said this months ago I wouldn’t be frustrated with them.

    @RogersHelps mangers promised me to call at 2pm and never get a call, he told me he emailed to dispatch at 7am but at noon they didnt bother to reply even to manager. Liar Liar Liar... pathetic service.. shifting to Bell. @cityofhamilton

    @RogersHelps I saw one technician came infront of my house for new connection but not for my complaint. Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Just spent 3 hours trying to get my car back from service center cuz no phones. So I lose 3 hours wages cuz you can’t get your overpriced service running? I just want my car back (contactless). This is the last time I rely on you. Switching providers when service restores.

We've lost significant amount of money today because of a big remotely hosted training session and cell phone was the main tool some people were supposed to use for the demonstration. That's a lot. I'll be waiting for a bill adjustment
